I needed a good recliner because of my back. I found one, and was able to do a lease to own, because I didn't have all the money up front. The employees there were helpful and friendly. It was a good experience.

Salesperson Dorthy has always been kind and courteous. Have made my last three purchases through her and love the furniture I purchased. Good quality furniture with a price better than competitors.

When was hurt and had to have spinal reconstruction my credit went down the tubes. Sans was the only ones who would give a chance that was in 1993.Since my wife has gone home to be with our Father. But I still purchase my furniture from Sam's. Thanks a million

I was looking for a small 4 piece table set, my daughter introduced me to Sam's furniture, prior to me buying we had a terrible experience and vowed not to step foot back in the place. Months passed by and this is when I purchased the table set, new people were in charge, the one that stood out and greeted us like she knew us for years and her name is Dorothy at the Hulen store. My daughter has bought lots of furniture and it has lasted a long time and it's sturdy. I love my table and look forward to keeping it a long time and soon shopping for new living room set and bed room.

Always have a great experience when dealing with the Belknap staff, not so great at the Hulen store

Had to furnish a complete apartment for my son's transfer from NH to Ft Worth. We needed furniture to take with us same day. Cristina our salesperson was the best! She helped us select choices with immediate availability. We have assembled the apartment in 2 days with all the furniture in time for my son's first day at his new job location. Great customer service from Cristina and all we worked with at Sam's. Definitely recommend them. I'm sure my so. Will be back for future furniture purchases.

A little slow

I have made two separate purchases through Sam's and have been completely satisfied every time. The sales staff are friendly and informative and every time I call to make my payments I'm treated with friendliness and respect. I have a mattress set that I've had for over a year that is comfortable and quality. I recently purchased a sectional couch that is very soft, comfortable and looks great in my living room. I get compliments on it regularly. I would recommend Sam's to anyone looking for affordable household items that look great in the home!
