Awful Customer Service
This merchant has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. When I originally placed the order I provided the salesperson with the two correct part numbers I wanted to purchase. While on the phone the salesperson sent an order confirmation email which included the wrong part number (DD63-00104A instead of DD81-01635) for one item and the wrong quantity (2 instead of 1) for the other. The salesperson said that the microwave had 2 grease filters and I had to insist that it only had one. When I pointed out the part number discrepancy the salesperson said that part DD81-01635 had been discontinued and that the part DD63-00104A was the replacement. I told him that I didn't think it would fit since you can look at the part and tell that it is not the same orientation. He assured me that it would fit as it was the replacement part for my dishwasher and that if it didn't fit I would have no trouble replacing it for the correct part.
When the order arrived the grease filter was damaged. I contacted the merchant immediately and provided them with pictures of the damaged item and packaging (which was not damaged). They said that they would review the pictures and issue a refund for the part and that I would not need to return the item, but to keep it in case an inspection was requested. I later received a letter in the mail from the carrier USPS saying that an insurance claim had been filed and asking me to bring the item and packaging to my post office for inspection. I brought the package and item to the post office, where it was inspected and determined that damage to the item was not caused by carrier handling because the box was very clearly intact with no visible damage. This was clear from the pictures I provided the merchant. It seems as though the merchant knowingly filed a fraudulent insurance claim with the carrier. USPS recommended that I contact the merchant.
When I went to install the dishwasher part I was not surprised that it did not fit. I contacted the merchant and was told that it was the incorrect part and that they would need to review the original sales call and order to see if they could provide a refund. They said that the correct part was no longer available, but could be purchased as part of an assembly for over twice the price I paid for the other part, a little less than half of what a brand new dishwasher costs. I asked to file a complaint with the way the order had been handled and cost of the replacement, but they were unable to take a complaint or connect me with management. They said I could only request a call back from management to discuss my complaint. I requested a call back and they said they would call me back within 1-2 business days regarding the complaint and also another callback regarding the return itself in within about 5 business days. I never received a call back from management. I tried to contact the merchant multiple other times by phone and via the web submission form on their website and either received no response or was told that I would have to wait for a member of management to call me back, which they never did. About 3 weeks had passed at this point and the return process was not progressing so I filed this dispute. After I filed the dispute I received an email communication from the merchant stating I would need to ship the product back to them including a receipt for the shipping cost before they would be able to issue a refund for the price of the product, shipping, and return shipping. I replied to their email stating that I was not comfortable paying out of pocket for return shipping based on how everything has been handled with this order and offered that they could provide a prepaid shipping label and I would return the item. I received no response from the merchant after that. All they have done is send me broken/incorrect parts and given me the run-around trying to get a resolution, which they apparently are continuing to do.
Ann at Samsung Parts gets a NEGATIVE 5 ☆ review
I only gave a 1 star because you can not give a negative rating.. I ordered a control board from Samsung Parts.com. When I received the package (2/16/23) it had the correct shipping label on outside of the box but inside the box was someone else's part (which was noticeablely used) along with their name and PO#. I call Samsung Parts to get this rectified and talk to Joe per his request I sent an email with pics (2/17/23), and I was told I would receive a response in 3-4 days. Today (2/23/24) I called Samsung Parts back since I have not received a response and had the very great displeasure of speaking with Ann (she assured me she is the only Ann there) who was very rude, disrespectful and condescending. Ann should be fired and never allowed to work in customer service anywhere again!!! She preceded to tell me she would just take care of it. My thoughts are: I would hope so that's your job. Went so far as to refuse to give me a reference #, confirmation #, email or text concerning my issue. Then tells me I'll just have to wait to receive a response in 24-24 hrs, again I explained I've been waiting since 2/17/23 for a response and then she hung up on me. She she had said repeatedly that Encompass had brought them out so I decided to call Encompass and was greatly pleased to deal with Jamal, give that man a raise and promotion, he should be training all customer service reps. (Especially Ann at Samsung Parts) He listened to me, asking the important questions and answered my questions, was knowledgeable about everything I asked. In a matter of minutes he had taken care of the situation and resolved my issues, I now have my RMA and everything is as it should be. I could tell by his voice he was smiling while dealing with me. He when so far as to confirm I had received the email with the RMA# as well as gave me the direct phone number and his extension for any future needs or concerns. Ann definitely needs to have someone like Jamal to retrain her if she continues to work in customer service. She can learn how to appropriately do her job.

I see many complaints for this very same reason I have. Samsung wants you to buy a $200 part for a $2 replacement item! Once the rubber feet on the cooktop grate goes missing their reply (JJ Parts) is buy a new grate. If anyone on this site has received a reply from Samsung complaint department or otherwise with respect to this issue, please reply

I received a cyberpower PC
I received a cyberpower PC. I am very pleased with the product, the computer runs very well and is actually in very high percentile's in all the benchmarks that I run. However, new egg has not been good to work with. They delayed my shipment, and with all the problems they've been having, I just thought I'd make a review.
Giving Samsung a bad name.
Ordered a part for my stove from samsungparts.com paid for two day shipping to Days shy of one month later I get my part, charged my credit card twice. Was told when they don’t have the part they don’t have the resources to let the customer know that their part is not available at that time said I must call them which I did twice the first time they told me they would get back with in 24 hours to let me know what was going on Never got back with me. Seven days later I called them again and they say my part was on back order. I requested a refund for two day shipping and was told that since I received it within two days after they shipped it, they would not give me a refund even though it took a month for me to get it. Will definitely not be using this site again oh and by the way, if you contact them through their email, they will not respond back when I asked them about it they said oh no you must call us.
Efficient and informative
Efficient and informative. Peter was very patient, friendly, and professional. I don't usually leave reviews, but I was quite impressed.
Poor inventory control and communication
J J International is the “official” parts distributor for Samsung TVs. Ordered a part, paid for it as well as 2 day air. 5 days later called to inquire as to its whereabouts only to be told it’s on back order from S Korea. Poor communication, poor inventory keeping. They have the my money now I’m supposed to wait 4-6weeks “at least” for the part to arrive in NJ, then be shipped to me.
They’re not doing Samsung’s good name a favor.

disgusting warranty service
On Feb6 2022 we purchased two Samsung S7 2FE tablets through Sky. Within four days the S pen stylus that was included had no tip on it even though it had hardly been used. I spoke to Sky who referred me to Samsung parts. They have refused to replace thew fsulty Spen under warranty. I have had to threaten them with trading standards and finally they have agreed to send a spare tip for the Spen. This is not honouring a warranty as they should replace the faulty pen. Samsung, therefore, are not to be trusted when products go wrong. This is particularly annoying because we had only the product ffor less than a week. DON'T TRUST SAMSUNG TO BE HONEST.
Ordered a part based on model # and…
Ordered a part based on model # and diagram Samsung provided for my refrigerator. It was wrong part.. I tried to return but nobody would get back to me.. finally got a hold of someone and they said it’s past 30 days.. well of course it is then you don’t respond…I sent her a copy of the email I sent before the 30 days were up, she ignored it. This parts department is as good as their product…horrible!
Ordered a part for my Samsung…
Ordered a part for my Samsung refrigerator. Site said part in stock. Used Paypal and was charged the next day. That was Nov 16.
Still not received part and when I checked was told there is a shipping problem and it will take another 3 to 4 weeks.
They should not charge customer until order is sent.
samsungparts.com Sucks.
1. They never answer via phone call.
2. I tried to contact customer supports from the website to cancel my order 3 times on 3 different days but never replied back.
I thought SAMSUNG is a big company, but why their official parts website is so messed up?
Bad customer service and way overpriced.
Updated Review: added 1 star since the remote I paid $100 for actually did work, unlike every other option I tried. At least the parts seem to be legit.
Ridiculously bad customer service and overpriced parts. If you have something made by Samsung and need an OEM replacement, you basically have no choice but to find it here and pay their crazy prices.
Paid $100 for a replacement remote for my 3 year old Samsung TV, and it took 12 days to arrive even though I paid an extra $17 for air shipping. None of the options on Amazon (or anywhere else) would actually work with my TV, so I had no choice but to get ripped off here.
I have several Samsung products and it…
I have several Samsung products and it seems they are trying to make some replacement parts impossible to get without adding some very costly items to get the part or they just don't sell the part. I require new bearings and a flange shaft to repair my washer and I have to purchase the barrel that has the flange shaft screwed to it. So my $150 flange shaft has turned into about a $600 fix with $450 of extra parts. My $970 4K TV, 2.5 years old, needed a power supply, but Samsung does not make it or a replacement any more so I have to buy a new TV. Moral of the story: DON'T BUY SAMSUNG.
satisfied
Great parts and services but they can improve for sure. Overall fine performace
worst customer service ever!
Received the wrong part for my drier. J&J International won't pay shipping to return it. After being on the phone for 90 minutes, mostly on hold, I decided to let PayPal fight with them. Don't buy Samsung!
So happy that you guys could help me
So happy that you guys could help me, great customer service
One of the worst customer experiences I…
One of the worst customer experiences I have had in a very long time. Spoke with a women named "Dawn" who was inpatient, rude and then became passive aggressive, all in our 10 minute phone call. I still have no solution to my issue for TV. I dont see how this organization is even in business. This is now my second absolute terrible experience with this company. This organization is built on terrible attitude and power thrusting. They do not put their customers first and I just dont see them being in business successfully. Even if that means they the managers are suffering personally. Very sad. This organization sucks and I give it a 2 thumbs down.
