Samsung scam.i applied for my cashback…
Samsung scam.i applied for my cashback on a new phone.i was told there was missing information on my claims form and a email would follow. The email never came and one time pass code never comes either. What a con.
Waited 50 days so far
Waited 50 days so far. Absolutely terrible service. Avoid these promotions they are a scam
Received after 45 days
I finally received my galaxy tag and galaxy buds. Took longer than the 45 days stated but they have come. I was worried after reading all the negative reviews that maybe they won't come. I had called up as emailing got nowhere so I would suggest for people to call instead.
Samsung promotions seem like a scam
Purchased the phone because of the promotion at the start of March. Promotion was Samsung watches. Nearly 2 months later we are still trying to redeem the promotion. Multiple emails, phone calls, online chats. Apparently nobody can help me or respond to most of my emails. Very disappointment as this is the second time I have had trouble with Samsung and their promotions.
Samsung promotions are a scam do not…
Samsung promotions are a scam do not purchase an item with the offer of 'free items' with your purchase, it is just a corporate scam nothing is sent within in the massive 45 day time frame
Samsung promotions are all very fine
Samsung promotions are all very fine. Unfortunately, They don’t honour the free gifts. Over 45 days I purchased a Samsung S24 ultra and still waiting for the free earbuds and tag. Sent emails and made number of calls to the help line and still they can’t confirm when it will be dispatched. Very poor customer service.
No samsung rewards. Avoid
I ordered my Samsung on December 27th 2023 with the offer of £100 and free Samsung buds. I submitted the claim to Samsung promotions on 29th December with acceptance a few days later saying I should receive my rewards within 45 days. Fast forward to 8th of February I emailed asking where they were. I was given a tracking number for royal mail which said my buds were stuck in a depot since January the 16th. I then contacted to say what royal mail said. They replied saying it would take a week of investigating. Around the 24th of Feb they sent a email saying they can see my buds are stuck in the post and will send out a new set straight away. The next day I get a email saying they would be in touch with a tracking number. Its now 31st of march 2024. They aren't even contacting me back

Samsung S23FE Triple offer 2024
Ordered a Samsung S23FE via Samsungs Triple promotion of £100 cashback, 12 months Disney+ and Samsung FE Earbuds Jan 24. Plenty of info regarding the offer on the dedicated claim site and what was required to claim.
Claim put in as soon as I received the phone, as you were required to supply the Imei number form the phone. Submission was easy enough (except for trying to find my order number from Mobiles co uk / ID), by supplying certain info on the 27/01/24 and was accepted within the hour. Rewards promised within 45 days.
Disney+ sorted within days, earbuds arrived 04/03/24 (not from Opia but Ingram Micro Services Ltd) and cash back appeared from Opia (as I had expected right at the 11th hour so they can keep money in their bank to gain interest) into my bank today on the 11/03/24. Deadline was by the 12/03!
So all in all it went well and as informed. A good offer, well done Samsung! Thanks.
Diabolical customer service
Shocking customer service ,last week I got told promotion watch I should get with new phone s24 was waiting for courier to pick it up ,as of today no watch been delivered, so I rang up speaking to someone called mayumi ,at first she said the watch was waiting for courier pick up then 10 minutes later as I've asked to speak to manager to be told no-one available she then said there availability issue so that made me more annoyed so after hour on phone she rudely hung up as I said I would stay on phone till manager available to speak to ,then I went on my emails to find email stating that someone from senior member would ring me with in the next 2 hours of buiness, I'm still waiting for that call ,which is not very professional customer service ,I now gone through resolver and trading standards as this is shocking customer service
I bought a Samsung S23+ back in…
I bought a Samsung S23+ back in Novemeber 23, I never got any conformation about the cashback, so decided to chased them up with a phone call in Januaury 24 and was told it had been approved on the 9th Jan 24, I recieved the Buds shortly after this time. But we are now in March 24 and still no cashback I have tried the online website and varous numbers for samsung (all automated systems and says reward been sent) and even used there online chat where the person hung up on me because it wasnt a sale, i know it says allow 45 days but is this working days or just any normal days if the latter it is now 4 months after i purchased the item so should of had it in my bank account by now. I am feeling this is a scam. I will be visiting the Samsung store in my local city and they can sort it, so Samsung you might think you can hide behind automated systems and bots. I have been an avid Samsung convert back as far as the 90's, and also done the cashback reward with out problems in the past, come on Samsung get it sorted.
Within 45 days it says for…
Within 45 days it says for cashback..not helpful on phone at all only it will be flagged. I took two phones out on same day so owed £200 still waiting. Has anyone got an email address for samsung?
Bought two Samsung products
Bought two Samsung products, a TV on the 17/02 and a soundbar on the 22/02. Cash back claims both approved on the 26/02. Submission process was a little tricky, e.g. you must ensure the model number qualifies for the promotion (see list on web site), ensure you bought it from an approved retailer (see list on web site) and make sure you don't confuse the number "0" or "1"with a letter "O" or "I" when providing the serial number. So far so good but reserving judgement until the cash arrives.
Never received my order
I have bought the Galaxy S24 on Samsung's website (through my "Employees Benefits"). I had to chose a date online but it never arrived. They told me I would receive it on 14/02/2024 but on 08/02/2024 I received an e-mail telling me that the parcel came back... I have never received their parcel. I never sent it back & therefore, I have never requested for a refund. This is so disappointing as they didn't even reply when I asked them to send it back to me. The promotion was too nice to be true... In the end, they kept my money for an entire month... Apparently, that's the way they proceed now. It's a lottery, some people receive the promotional item, some people don't. Imagine all the funds they manage to get that way ! The conclusion is that they never sent it to me at the first place. Therefore, Samsung is unfortunately a dishonest company. Send an item back is not very difficult... But they couldn't care less because it was actually a scam.

Ordered galaxy watxh 6 classic with…
Ordered galaxy watch 6 classic with cashback reward of £75, was very hard to get my claim approved and after being approved they said I should get my cashback after 45 days and yet that's a lie, nearly 50 days and nothing and they don't even reply to my emails.
£300 cashback was approved within days…
£300 cashback was approved within days of applying but it took a further 50 days to receive the cash (they promise the cash to you within 45 days at most).
Not a great experience given that I had to chase up the cash. Would probably have taken even longer than 50 days if I hadn't emailed.
Note also that the Samsung promotions are handled by a company called Opia, not Samsung themselves.
I purchased my new Samsung phone and…
I purchased my new Samsung phone and sent my old phone in as a trade in and got a reply to say that my trade in was ok . And then that's when the fun started , over a month I had been waiting for my Free Air Pods and My £100 cash back and sent email after email to Samsung Promotions then they eventually sent me out my Free Air Pods, then I had to send another few emails to ale where my £100 cash back and each time they said u will get an email once the payment has been sent and never did. So today I had enough of this and emailed them back this morning @ 830am on 03/02/24 saying that I want to make a formal complaint and I will also be adding my bad experience on all your social platforms and adding a bad review here to make loyal customer aware of this and what they need to do to get there money back that is clearly in the T&C for Samsung , this is disgraceful. Let me know how u get on once I had sent this email they paid £100 straight in to my bank within seconds lol
Samsung disappointment...
Bought a new Galaxy Fold 5, which is £1300 item. There's a Q-code on the box inviting me to redeem a gift. Some hours later, after umpteen attempts to upload my receipt, the IMEI number, the shop and the date, finally I claim my prize. Then come the delivery details, and my hopes are cruelly dashed. It won't accept a UK 'phone number, nor a UK post code. Game over.
Cash back rejected due to their late delivery
Wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered. I had a 30-day cashback claim rejected because I only raised it the day I received the TV direct from Samsung - 34 days after I ordered it!
They said there’s a way to claim before delivery, but as they kept changing the delivery date I missed out.
A cynic would think it’s a scam and a deliberate tactic to promote their products, but not actually honour the promotions…
UPDATE 1/4/2024:
To their credit, Samsung Customer Services arranged
the cashback payment on an "exception" basis after I complained.
Took 4 months from purchase date for the cashback to arrive though.
I'm not sure outsourcing their promotion management to a 3rd party ("Opia Limited") is the best idea given the risk to the brand - I'll think twice in the future.

day 46 it says you will get your cashback within 45 days and my claim was approved fast yet no cashback sent email to chase and no reply.
will try calling tomorrow as i want my £200
Edit: day 50 money is now pending in bank
I eventually also got reply to email

A Shocking promotion
Cashback.. The most complicated and stressful thing ever! They also promise Payout within 45 days, don't you believe it.
Its easier to break the enigma code than chase this payment.
