I made the payment in 2023
I made the payment of £1995.00 in April 2023 but no one has contacted me. They sent me the books, and I have followed up several times, but I have not received a satisfactory response. All l need is my money paid back, as l have not received an service from them.

We are sorry to hear that you remain unhappy with the outcome.
We have reviewed the correspondence held on your account. When you contacted us in September 2023 to explain that you had been admitted to hospital and were unable to attend due to your health, our team responded and offered to postpone your attendance or transfer the place to someone else.
You later contacted us again in February 2024 and asked to be booked onto the June 2024 training, which our team arranged for you.
We do acknowledge that when you contacted us again in September 2025, the full history of your earlier correspondence was not initially identified. We apologise for the confusion and frustration this caused.
However, the purchased package included online training and live training, and alternative attendance arrangements were offered on several occasions. As the services remained available and a later booking was arranged at your request, we are unable to agree that no service was provided or approve a refund several years after the purchase.
We remain happy to review what training may still be available to you and discuss the practical options for accessing it. Please contact our Customer Service Team directly at team@samuelleeds.com so that we can assist further.

Practical and Well Structured Property Academy
I recently joined the Samuel Leeds Academy, and so far I've been really impressed.
The courses are very well structured and clearly explained, making them easy to follow. I really like that you have to complete the tasks in each module before moving on to the next. It keeps you accountable and pushes you to take action rather than just watch the videos.
The training is very practical, with exercises that help you put what you've learnt into practice straight away. The content is current, up to date and relevant, which gives me confidence that I'm learning strategies that work in today's market.
If you're thinking about getting into property but you're not sure where to start, I would definitely recommend the Academy. The support is there throughout your journey, but you have to be prepared to put the work in. You get the structure, guidance and a community of like-minded people who are all learning and taking action.

The rent 2 rent challenge is quite intense but rewarding. Within the four days my perspective has changed and the power of persistence has been reinforced. Big shout out to my coach Jag. Emotional Roller Coaster!
I’ve just finished the R2R FFC, and while I didn't land a deal just yet, I feel closer than ever to making it happen. My confidence, knowledge, and skills have skyrocketed over the last four days. A massive shoutout to my coach, Martin Adams—he was absolutely amazing. He gives incredible guidance and practical tips, and manages to support every single person both individually and in the group setting. It gave me the big push I needed and now I truely believe financial freedom is right around the corner!

My second FFC challenge R2R
My second FFC challenge doing the rent to rent and they do not disappoint. Four days of being totally absorbed in growing and learning with others, been guided throughout by the coach Martin Adams who was brilliant.
The time spent with him was worth every penny of what the course cost, total eye opener.
The challenges are totally immersive and it forces you to grow alongside others with similar struggles, insecurities and questions. You definitely grow as a person afterwards both from and business and personal viewpoint. I got one more to go and can’t wait. Brilliant from the team at Samuel leeds!!!!!
