Good communication, fixed the problem with no issues at all & is now in my car working again! Cant complain, perfect service thankyou.

Re- Discovery 3 instrument cluster repair and return.

Following on from a total computer meltdown on my 17 year old Discovery 3.
Sancars came to the rescue.
A simple web form to enter my details and record the fault symptoms and codes.
I posted the instrument cluster using next day delivery.
Sancars repaired and posted the item back to me the next day using the same next day postal service.
All is now working OK.
So many thanks to Sancars for their very quick and efficient service.
Good communications throughout the process.
I would strongly recommend these helpful people fix your cars electrical problems.

My local trusted garage found that the cluster on my Discovery 3 was causing 15 plus modules to show fail messages and shutdown vehicles electrical systems. Replacement and reprogram quoted £930 as their usual cluster repair contact said this is a major failure and could not repair. Not happy with the prospect & cost of replacement I called Sancars who said yep we can repair the cluster just bring it in………. Took it there on a Saturday morning at 10am thinking that I’ll collect in a few days but to my surprise I got a call 3 hrs later saying it’s repaired and can collect anytime.
Talk about good service !!!
Took it to my garage on Monday who fitted it back in car and boom !! All works fine …… even my garage made a note of the company number on guarantee seal and added to their contacts as they were so impressed.

Phoned Sancars as I had problems with the lcd screen as it went off on my mrs mk6 golf
I highly recommend Sancars to anyone and friends and family from now on
I sent my clocks in to them
there received them on Wednesday and I got them back the next working day
all sealed and in a protected box on Thursday before 1pm
absolutely pleasure to deal with and very professional service wouldn’t not go anywhere else from now on

Hi just to say i contacted Sancars with a fault on my Landrover discovery 3 Hse 2007 2.7d head Cluster" Intermittent power loss: hazard Light's flashing for no reason" and would not Turn over" on the key" and all of the symptoms as described on there web site" it's a common fault and they've done lots of them" and send it in to them and they will do it straight away for me" i posted it on Monday 30/May
And it was back to me on the 1/June "2022" less than 3 Days" Fitted back in" and all is back to NORMAL"" APPSIRELOOTLY RECOMMEND "

My Ford Focus suffered from a battery drain due to a faulty dash console. The mechanic quoted me over 600 pounds to repair the dash. I sent my dash to Sancars on a Saturday afternoon and it was back in my car on Tuesday morning. The car has been working fine since the repair.

I visited Sancars about a month ago. I was having a few problems with my digital mileage screen. It was looked at straight away and I wasn’t charged at all. I found the service excellent and the mechanic was extremely courteous and efficient. I’d recommend Sancars to anybody I know and I will definitely return if I have a problem. Thank you Sancars

Excellent service from start to finish. Contacted Sancars by email on Sunday to book an instrument panel repair for my Ford Focus.. replied same evening..dropped the panel off and was ready to pick up within a couple of hours..very polite and friendly...we'll worth 120 mile round trip... will certainly use again

Absolutely fantastic service
This would of cost me a small fortune at an Audi dealership as I had no idea of the problem,they explain my exact problem on their webpage and best of all my Audi TT was back up and running in under 3 days I am truly blown away by their service highly recommend

Excellent - received my repaired instrument cluster back within 2 days. Spent £30 on a diagnostic tool from Argos to clear the fault codes and am back on the road again

Had had problems with our C Max for some time not starting and many warning lights coming up noone could diagnose the problem until we came across Sancars. Thei information on their website helped us realise that the fault was with the instru.ment cluster .we rang Sancars and this was confirmed by a very helpful guy that answered the phone very quickly. We sent it to them on Thurs pm and received it back Sat midday. Was fully informed throughout the process and can only thoroughly recommend Sancars for their efficient and speedy service and helpfulness of their staff
