Good price for wall hanging basin for cloakroom. Item arrived within delivery time quoted.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from start to finish. The bathroom fittings are absolutely beautiful and feel really premium in quality. Great advice throughout, smooth ordering process, and everything arrived exactly as expected. Really pleased with the overall finish and would highly recommend to anyone looking for high-end bathroom products.

2 stars for the on time delivery and some of the products are ok, but several issues encountered -

1. I ordered 2 wash basins with pedestals. One of the basins was leaking that we had to fix!
2. One of the pedestals has very bad finishing at the back.
3. Received one response from the customer service when they requested additional photos. I have supplied those and no response received after a week.
4. These items are not sold at the cheap prices and they charge for the delivery on the top of this. So shouldn't I expect good quality material and prompt + helping customer service?

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience. When I contacted your support via a sign language interpreter, the representative was extremely rude and hung up on me twice. Despite this, I was in urgent need of a shower head and had no choice but to make the purchase.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure that all customers, including those using accessibility services, are treated respectfully in the future.

Really great product delivered on time and prompt response to my query.

Purchased an item via the web site and decided the quality was not what we wanted so we returned it at our own cost. Unfortunately we were not reimbursed for the initial postage which contravenes the distance selling rules. We asked them to reconsider their action and pointed out the legislation however still no refund of the postage cost. -Update- since leaving the review we have been reimbursed for the postage by the supplier, perhaps there was some confusion with the original person who dealt with the refund or the company policy has been changed. I have therefore upgraded the star rating to reflect this
