Anti social behaviour
Since I moved in to this property I have been having so much anti-social behaviour of banging noise thumping every evening and morning. Letters have been sent out but still going on I have constantly complained and nothing has been done.
You need to get your house in order and deal with this issue.

do these guys ever get any work done
I was meant to have a repair made today…
I was meant to have a repair made today but alas it never happened. A guy I believe to be from sanctuary did turn up but from various cameras on my drive ie cctv, car camera and a ring doorbell that goes straight to my phone if someone visits. It seems that he actually never knocked not even our dog got alerted. Lol now we rang sanctuary to tell them this and all I got was it would have to be rearranged but they have not given any times or dates. It has only been nearly 3 years since first reported and with all the sanctuary vehicles you see driving about, you'd think it could have been done a little bit earlier. Now it has left me in limbo has I don't know whether I should get the gap where the door should be a Xmas card. You certainly have to laugh at these people, just for them not knowing what their right arm is doing. Well that's about it for now, but anyone interested in my saga, I shall keep you fully updated.Thankyou.

Not skillful workers enough
Not skillful workers enough. You can't just hire random people who don't know the job
And these same people constantly coming to your home. Need to get some professional contractors. Don't feel safe!
My radiator came loose off the wall!
My radiator came loose off the wall? That was over 6 weeks ago. So far 3 Sanctuary workers have come to my flat to "Assess what needs to be done".
They have taken photos, written emails and spoken on the phone to various people.
They say what is needed is new batons and a new radiator fitted. I am now 77yrs old and getting cold at night because Sanctuary cannot do their job properly.
Not the workers fault as they are doing their job. Sanctuary is just not listening to either them nor ME.
Can somebody please fix this problem before I contact my MP?

No prior detail of operative coming out…
No prior detail of operative coming out . Broke me made to measure wooden blind and plinth , prised it out with a screwdriver and threw it on my bed breaking a wedding photo the frame and plinth and two make up brushes and commented my house / bedroom had a lot of things in it …. It’s m home of course it does . Didn't put blind back up jamming two metal hanging ornaments in the top so buckling it and as he ripped plink of it will now not stay up .
Couldn’t change my window so hacked at beading with chisel and a coworker can and did it in 5 mins without the need to remove top beading so my blind did not have to come off anyway . I am let with a blind to repair and plinth cord attachment to buy replace fill the whole he made by the force used to to match a valspar paint to recover area . Can’t replace my sentimental items as they were gift . No regard for me or my property or my wishes to leave the blind in place that did not need to be moved.
Be aware in fixing repairs they make personal damage .
Rude Staff and Unresolved Repairs – A Tenant’s Experience
On 17th May 2025, I reported faulty attic equipment to Sanctuary Housing that was generating excessive noise and disturbing my sleep. While the issue was acknowledged, no repair work was carried out.
Since then, I have contacted Sanctuary Housing on numerous occasions to request the repair of this electrically powered equipment. However, as of 8th October 2025 – 4 months and 21 days later – the problem remains unresolved. I have still received no clear indication from Sanctuary Housing as to when, or even if, the equipment will be repaired.
In effect, this Housing Association – an exempt charity – has left me enduring more than four months of sleep disruption. Based on their lack of progress, I am concerned this situation may continue indefinitely.
Sanctuary Housing frequently promotes itself with statements such as “We’re here to help” and “Everyone has the right to peace and comfort at home”. My experience, however, shows a stark contradiction between these promises and the reality of their service.
In addition, over the past three years, the majority of staff I have dealt with have been rude, dismissive, or openly aggressive. The behaviour was so consistently insulting and unprofessional that I cannot help but suspect the issues stem from deep-rooted problems within the leadership of this housing association.
Stay clear, nothing but scumbags
So many problems with these crooks, 5 years to get work done, 3rd set of contractors, bell group and how s#it were they, caught so many problems on CCTV, sanctuary allowed a trespassed worker to return twice, left my house in a sh*t state, left me with no electricity, so no heating, water or cooking and have gaslite me all day and did nothing knowing that I am like this all weekend and not only ill from their stress all week but seriously disabled too, don't care one bit about the tenant just the money the crooks can scam from the tax payer. Work still not done, back to court for the 4th time.
Poor service
Extremely poor service from majority of staff on help line ( three from five), complete circus of events from day one now on day seven and still waiting for repair work to be carried out, when it was necassry to do within 24hrs. Horrendous customer service
Repair took weeks
Repair took weeks. Removed bath panel said there was a leak. Told not to have showers only baths. Left bath panel off so just left in bathroom. No further booking made just left with an awful looking bathroom
When trying to contact 24 hour…
When trying to contact 24 hour emergency service no one there to answer calls. Just kept saying 1st in queue. I rang several times and stayed on phone for over an hour at a time. I find this terrible service for an emergency. Needs to be looked at.
Absolutely abysmal service
Absolutely abysmal service. Can't carry out repairs within their own time frames. I thought Swan were bad but, Sanctuary have risen to another level.
Biggest scam
Biggest scam. Don’t do shared ownership. Unprofessional, misleading, abusive, corrupted. It is a trap. Avoid at all costs.
