Amazing Microscope Lens!
Got the Microscope lens for Christmas, and was very excited to try it out, there is a bit of a learning curve with this lens, as I had expected it to function similar to my macro lens. I quickly learned that you have to touch the lens to the subject to get a clear shot. And the quality is spectacular!! So thrilled with how this lens works! I highly recommend it!

Guys I have actually posted that they have resolved my issue I was having with delivery and because of that I have posted really good comments about it .now they have made a terrible error by giving a old product (variable nd filter )which doesn’t fit either their anamorphic lens or telephoto lens .without knowing that I got it from USA to India and when i checked it they are saying it’s a old product and I have to return the product back to them and they will send a new one .and I have to pay for returning the item to them .is it right to ask the customer to pay for the terrible blunder that these guys make by sending the old product which doesn’t fit their gears .now when I mail them I get no reply .actually they have serious issues with sending the right product at the right time .guys please don’t ask the customers to pay for your blunders and I have ordered them through a different mail id -
Still I didn’t get a proper answer for the questions that I gave .

I am very pleased with my phone case that takes the Macro and Microscope Lenses, they are fantastic. I am having good results and a lot of pleasure from using them.
I am a UK customer and the delivery speed and customer support was the excellent.

Nice try, but VERY poor communication
In November 2023 we spent almost $500 on lenses, two IP14pm cases, and a carry case for the lenses. We are Americans living in Thailand. We ordered the items to be here for Christmas and to be mailed to my daughter’s home in FL where she had a package waiting with needed items to send us. After waiting some time and hearing nothing about the items shipping, I emailed Sandmarc. They tell me the case (lens case I recall), was back ordered and the shipment would be another 1-2 weeks. I told them to please update me and why. They never did. I emailed them again and apparently they got the case, but now a lens was out of stock (because they didn’t have the sense to package what they had of my order and wait for the case) and I would need to wait longer. Not cool and I told them my daughter needed to ship her package NOW to get to our remote location in Thailand so Sandmarc needed to send the items directly to us because of their error and to cover the costs because of their errors. They agreed AND gave us 20% discount. We were happy and looking fwd to the items. We get updated Sandmarc email telling us items were shipped and on their way to the FL address. I email Sandmarc and they tell me that was an error and the items ARE going direct to Thailand address. Cool! So we wait. Later we get email from UPS with tracking data showing the Thai address. Our excitement grows. Even later we get an email expressing the items are almost here and we can pay the almost $150 fees now or when the driver delivers the items.
Wait! What!?!?
Sandmarc NEVER told us we were going to be paying an added fee(s) for these items.
We did NOT order these and have them set to Thailand originally so we were never informed of these fees OR Sandmarc policy on these fees.
No email from Sandmarc was sent telling us we would be paying for these fees.
Sandmarc told us AFTER I told them via email that we could not pay the added fees as it was not in our budget etc.
They offered another 10% discount, but that - again - was not even close to the amount we were being charged to get these items in our hands. I refused.
They - last night - send me a link and screen shot of their policy on import fees etc. AFTER the fact. Making it seem like they think I would know this.
We have lived here a year and always have things mailed to us from US from my daughter and have NEVER encountered these fees for any new or used items.
This company tries, but is inconsistent with their efforts, communication, and fair practices.
I strongly recommend people to avoid purchasing items from them.
We have told them we will refuse shipment when they arrive and they (Sandmarc) has told us nothing.
They have not told us what this will do and I have asked for a full refund on the purchase price when the items return.
We REALLY wanted these and had shopped long and hard doing our research on quality lenses.
In the end - the items may be great, but we won’t ever know because of the poor customer relations and communication on their part.
Edited - we ended up paying the fees because my wife really wanted the items and we worried about what the company would tell us AFTER we returned the items (*even after they were emailed several times).
Second edit- they ended up issuing me a refund for the added fees after I posted this review and not after any emails begging for their help.
We are VERY happy for their help.
Just wish they responded better to their emails.
The chain of emails shows all this data and more, but they waited for this review.
I originally rated them at 1 star and raised that to 3 star. Only three stars because it has been difficult to communicate with them as they don’t seem to review the case data before making decisions and definitely they don’t read back in the emails because they asked me several times what my order number was and it was in the primary email from them SUBJ line.

I have 4 Sandmarc lenses but have not…
I have 4 Sandmarc lenses but have not yet used either of then extensively to comment on any one of the lenses. My only complaint is threading the anamorphic lens to the Sandmarc case. The fine threads and shallow depth is difficult to mount the lens. The square back piece on the anamorphic lens should have been larger to get your fingers on to tighten the lens to the case. I wished that Sandmarc had gone for bayonet mount rather than screw mount.
Creator Grip
Received the Creator Grip today and found the product to be more than expected. The build quality is beautiful, feels great and the Bluetooth works with the iPhone 14 Pro Max Native Camera as well as LR and Camera + Pro. I’m impressed with this grip and will get a lot of use out of it.
I end up relying on my phone camera lens
It is usually harder to get sharp photos out of Sandmarc lenses so, in most cases, I end up taking photos without them. The standard case for iPhone 14 Pro Max does not fit the phone well. They sent me a leather case for free and removed my 3 star review on their website. It is better than the standard case but it still does not fit perfectly.

They advise me to write an email through their 'CONTACT US' menu but they never read my mails at all. the order never canceled and they just sent the package. so I have to return it.
I really don't understand why they don't let me cancel it by myself.

After 8 weeks finally my package
After 8 weeks finally my package, nothing I ordered is correct, completely different lens and case of iPhone 14 pro Max, and hey. The 14 pro, small 200 euros feather, and 80 euros Duane cost, and now I have nothing at all, this is really sad, and now they no longer respond to my mail so 280 euros scammed

Poor lens quality, even worse customer service
Watched all the YouTube videos and thought this would be a great purchase. It has not been. The case is very cheaply made and does not protect the phone. The lens does screw in securely, so it is not all bad. The lens is not much better than the native iPhone Pro Max lens. In fact if you try to zoom too far it just blacks out. Definitely not a lens for quick shots. Bought this lens for my wife for a special event. The frustration it caused was very special. Have written to customer service through their contact us link, no response. Tried email, no response. Going to have to get credit card company involved. Suggest using a different lens/company. I guess any company that does not offer phone support should be seconded guessed before buying.

1st class service sort my mistake
I had accidentally ordered the wrong product. As soon as I realised I contacted Sandmarc help team. They didn’t fuss and sent me a new case straight away which arrived in 6 days which was first class bearing in mind they are in Western USA and I am in Eastern UK. They were prompt with replies and giving me a tracking. Really FIRST CLASS service
Superior quality and service
So I have all of the SANDMARC glass with the exception of the 1.55 anamorphic which I do plan of getting in the near future. I also use most of the filters I also have to Pro Case for the 14 Pro Max. The quality of the the glass filter is outstanding. I really enjoy the fact that the lenses screw onto the case and the filters screw onto the lenses. I think it is a brilliant concept. So the Mount on my case somehow became loose. I had not had it very long. But thank to SANDMARC’s awesome customer service, when I let them know, they promptly sent me a new case. I would gladly recommend SANDMARC to anyone looking to use their iPhone for photography and/or video. Thank you again SANDMARC!!!
