Terrible service, stay away
We used Sundown Mercedes of Epsom to fix our car, selected them based on their affiliation with Mercedes and went with the brand. They charged £2300, did not get the car fixed, requested another £6000 to continue with diagnostics, kept the car for 5 weeks and as a result we had to tow it away in worst condition than it was. Customer service was useless, we are still paying off the bill with broken car. Stay away

Great service from start to almost the finish, helpfully delivered the vehicle to me at home, but didn’t give me any sort of handover, which i would have expected with a brand new car.

I bought my new electric CLA from Mercedes-Benz Epsom and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Jack Butcher looked after me from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable and never pushy, and he took the time to explain everything about the car. Jamie Vance was just as helpful and made everything run smoothly, keeping me in the loop and sorting things quickly. Both of them made it feel like they genuinely cared about getting it right for me, rather than just getting a sale over the line. Fantastic service from a great team. Highly recommended.

Fantastic as always from sale to service
Fantastic service all the way from start to finish once again. My youngest wanted to buy himself his first Mercedes-Benz, used, and we were welcomed by Leeroy Whitby, who i aways see there as i have bought my own cars from him, he is the most honest sales executive you could meet and goes above and beyond to help out with any purchase, new or used cars, and is always there to help is you ever need it. I always use a main dealership, yes, might be a tiny bit more expensive, but the backing, warranty etc you get after sale is invaluable. Top team there at Sandown, Mercedes-Benz of Epsom. I have all my cars serviced there as well and yet again, it is slightly more expensive that your back street garage, but with that service you get a full years Mercedes-Benz assist which is a full breakdown service for free, anywhere, anytime and as many times as needed (hopefully not needed) so thats the extra price you pay for, a full years peace of mind if anything were to go wrong, mechanically or accidents etc. I am a private customer and all the views above are from my experiences. Staff are fantastic, but you need to see Leeroy if you want a car :)

I have just purchased a new Mercedes-Benz from Mercedes-Benz of Epsom and could not have been more impressed with the service I received.
Chris Durnford was the Sales Executive who looked after me throughout the purchase and delivery, and he was outstanding from start to finish. He was thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and attentive, with absolutely nothing left to chance.
The car was delivered exactly as promised, and Chris then spent a good hour and a half with me, patiently taking me through the car and familiarising me with its many features. At no point did I feel rushed, and his attention to detail made the whole experience extremely enjoyable.
I cannot recommend Mercedes-Benz of Epsom highly enough. Chris is a great ambassador for the dealership and for Mercedes-Benz, and the level of service he provided was first class throughout.

Used car purchase experience
When i ordered the cars for test drive - despite the AI agent (Alex) confirmed the cars, they were not there when I showed up the designated time. Then I confirmed the car purchase, placed the deposit, but I have to chase the agent to confirm timing of delivery. The sales agent delivered the car to my place which is beyond his duty (per his point of view), but I found the scratches were not all done which MB promised me to do when I placed the deposits
