The team at Sandra Davidson (SD) were absolutely fantastic. We’ve worked with them several times for both buying and selling, and each time, their service, professionalism, and genuine care have been exceptional.

Despite being 180 miles away during the sale, SD made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. From the moment I handed them the keys to the property to the moment they passed them on to the new buyer, they managed everything seamlessly.

Buying or selling a home is such a personal and emotional journey, and the SD team took the time to truly understand our needs, align with our timelines, and support us every step of the way.

Sandra Davidson at the Green Lane branch was extremely helpful in selling our property which unfortunately had a major flood during the sale. The Manager and particularly Leslie, the sales progressor, liaised with us and the buyer and kept things on track. Leslie was key in sorting things and communicating with our solicitors.

UPDATE Despite making many complaints about my inspections not being carried out here we are another month where it's not been carried out and absolutely no explanation as to why!!!!!!

You would think they would actually have the common courtesy to keep on top of this being as I am consistently chasing this! Particularly as I DO NOT want my flat to end up in the disrepair they allowed the previous tenants to get it into!

Am getting increasingly frustrated with the incompetence of the staff at this company!

Month after month I am having to chase my property inspection and because of this the last tenants were left to ruin my property!

When they do finally send me an update after me chasing for weeks, dates are wrong and they have sat on it for weeks.

Not impressed at all, would not recommend their guaranteed rent scheme!

From initially meeting them to selling our home they have been fantastic.
Zaid, Riz, we're great at setting up viewings, answering questions and keeping us updated with all the information we asked them. Throughout the whole process they have been honest and helped us. We got emails and text messages for every viewing we had, they carried out multiple showings and showed off our home.
Lesley was our point of contact after finding our buyer and again she was brilliant. She was professional, she answered all the questions we had, she kept us up to date with everything and would call us with immediate information sometimes 3 to 4 times a day.
She was liaising with all the estate agents and solicitors when we got to exchange contracts, she kept us updated throughout this process.

Monty and the team at Sandra Davidson (Redbridge) were incredibly supportive throughout the onboarding process. From start to finish, including arranging significant electrical works, decorating the whole house, and completing all necessary compliance, we had our property let out through the guaranteed rent scheme in around 6 weeks!

Monty was always available to answer our questions and provided regular updates. The team's professionalism and friendly demeanor made the experience positive. We'd definitely recommend their services to anyone considering a similar arrangement.

I was impressed with Sandra Davidson as a buyer, so 9 years on they were the obvious choice when I went on the market. They quickly arranged dozens of viewing over 3 weekends and I received numerous offers.
