I can’t thank and appreciate Monty and his team enough who helped me let my property under tight timelines due to a personal situation.

They came across as hard working professionals but also with a personal touch which made them exceptional and unique they are the best estate agents I have dealt with.to be honest I had engaged other agents but looking at the effort and hard work Sandra Davidson put in, I wanted to let my property through them and they did find me the right tenant

In my first meeting with Monty he came through as someone I could trust and who would take care of my property and find me a suitable tenant , he patiently heard my requirements and promised to find me someone who would fit my requirement and they did exactly the same

The team who deserve special mention ( Zak , Redwan, Hamza, Shivani and Zaid) lead from the front brilliantly by Monty

Also would like to specially Thank Monty for always being there and being response to any and every query, I have even after months since I let the property, makes me feel valued as a customer

I will definitely let any of my future properties through them due to their exceptional service

The agent named Ali said I am wasting his time after I came to a viewing and no-one opened the door after waiting 40 minutes outside. As a potential buyer, I would try to avoid them at all costs. Very disappointed with their service.

I also feel really bad for the landlords trying to sell their properties as I was ready to make an offer today, however it seems that the agents are “too busy” to show us around when we booked well in advance.

Worst experience ever, the agents can’t be bothered to turn up to viewings!
I never experienced anything like this, I worked in real estate for over 4 years and never seen agents that aren’t bothered to sell a property and actually make money on a deal.

After chasing for over a week to arrange a viewing the Riz can’t be bothered to turn up to the viewing and said the tenant will show us around also Ali said we are wasting his time when we mention that we would prefer to have a viewing accompaniment by one of the agents or owner!

If you are looking to rent or sell your property please note they won’t make an effort to help you sell your property quickly.

Riz Hanif of Seven Kings Sandra Davidson- has not only been an absolute dream and pleasure to work with, he has been so professional answering all my questions along the way. I could not recommend him enough.

I had many viewings before I found the property we bought - Many of those viewings were lead by Riz and Ali, both of whom were very pleasant to deal with, very knowledgeable and gave the impression they wanted the best result for their customer (seller) as well as you the buyer.

After a lot of back and forth we negotiated a final price on the property we purchased, this was thanks to Riz, however the process would keep hitting road blocks as the seller changed his solicitors multiple times, which meant we had to submit paperwork each time, this delayed the process, Lesley finally recommended a solicitor to the seller and he stuck with them.

The Seller also had a breach with the council on the property, this took more than 3 months for the seller to try and resolve, Riz got this sorted in less than 24 hours!

The seller then had left the country without informing anyone, and Lesley chased, and pushed through to get the seller on the phone and get this resolved - I called her so many times, they recognised my mobile number when it came up.

My mortgage was expiring, which meant I would move onto a new rate, this would have been catastrophic for me with the increase of the bank of Englands base rate - if it wasn't for Riz and Lesley the sale would have fallen through for sure - I appreciate all the effort.

An honourable mention of Zaid, for allowing my parents to come and see one of the houses I viewed, I really did appreciate that!
