called searching for new company to…

called searching for new company to replace stericycle and they gave a great price competitive and actually couple dollars lower. service so far is great and customer service is awesome and thank you to Amanda for all your help and walking em thru to changing over companies. Very pleased with service!

Not licensed in CA, Not Insured

While I was looking for a new medical waste disposal company, I ran into a google ad for "SanPro Medical Waste". They website looked good and talked about the "Hundreds" of reviews that they had. I contacted them and asked them for a quote. The price was lower than what we were paying so I decided to look into this company before blindly signing up with them. Come to find out, they claim to be a real company that is servicing the accounts but they are only a "broker". They do not do the work themselves, they are not permitted to be a medical waste hauler in the state of California, they do not have the proper insurance to conduct this type of business but will charge you a premium to have another company do the actual work.

We Switched to Sanpro Medical Waste …

We Switched to Sanpro Medical Waste because the customer service from our previous provider was incredibly frustrating. To say it was a night and day difference is an understatement. After 1 year with Sanpro we have not had a single unexpected charge or request that was not resolved within a business day. Sanpro was able to drastically reduce our waste management bill (more than 20%) with no loss of capacity, frequency or customer service. We use them for our 3 surgery centers in the greater Los Angeles area.
