Was a really enjoyable stay

Was a really enjoyable stay. Had an issue with heating but it was the boiler turning off and the manager came out within 15 mins with a portable heater untill he fixed it which he did!! He came back half hour later heating fixed and refunded us the difference in the meter for the costs of it being on. He is lovely and don’t be afraid to ask for help he is very approachable and will do what he can to help!! Will definitely be booking again (apartment 9)

Was spotless and very comfortable appliances easy to use and cleaning supply’s. There if you need them.

We had an amazing stay here with our 3…

We had an amazing stay here with our 3 young Children got in with pin no problem our apartment we stayed in was clean had everything we needed , would highly recommend staying here , perfect location rights next to tram stop less then minute walk, will definitely be staying again
