I’ve had such a fantastic experience with Santinni London. The quality of their clothing is truly exceptional, especially for the price point — everything feels beautifully made and looks far more expensive than it is.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and after emailing for help, their customer service went above and beyond. They asked for my measurements and actually sent me two additional coats to try so I could find the perfect fit. They also easily talked me through arranging a DPD pickup for the returns, which made the whole process completely stress-free.

Shreya from customer service was incredible. When I mentioned I needed the coat for an upcoming event, she moved very quickly to make sure I had the right piece in the right size in time. That level of care and responsiveness is rare and very much appreciated.

I always get so many compliments whenever I wear any of their items, and this experience has made me an even bigger fan. Exceptional quality, outstanding customer service, and a genuinely thoughtful team — I couldn’t recommend Santinni London more highly.

Had the best experience with them, my wife absolutely loves her new dress and coat, and I will certainly be buying her more items. The designs fit beautifully, and the customer service team was incredibly kind and helpful in helping me figure out my wife’s size.

Beware EU customers! Everything is “Made In China” but all shipping is from the UK.

The EU will charge you around 40% in import taxes, and if you choose refund, they will charge you for shipping twice around 100 EUR x2 so that is 200 EUR!

Also, if you need to change size, you will pay the same tax again.

Santinni does not consider this to be their problem, they keep saying it has nothing to do with them. But it has everything to do with them, and they should take responsibility for doing business like this.

They are totally irresponsible, and do not care about their customers.

I have purchased from Santinni on three different occasions, and without hesitation, I can say it has been one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

To start with the products, they are simply stunning. Every piece is beautifully designed, with an incredible level of attention to detail. The coats are not only elegant and luxurious, but also wonderfully warm and practical. The hats are exquisite and fit perfectly, staying securely in place thanks to clever, discreet clips similar to hair extensions. Everything feels thoughtfully made and truly special.

What completely won me over, though, is Santinni’s exceptional customer service. Every interaction I’ve had with the team has been outstanding. Whether I was asking for sizing advice or general guidance, I always came away feeling listened to, supported, and genuinely cared for. On one occasion, I purchased a coat just two hours before a discount code was released. I reached out to customer services, and they immediately honoured the discount and refunded the difference, with no hesitation, just kindness and professionalism.

When ordering my second coat, I was torn between two sizes. I was invited to their London showroom to try both and any others I wanted, to make sure I chose the perfect one. I was given their full attention and thoughtful advice on all possible options, including tailoring and alternative solutions. The entire experience was warm, personal, and made me feel incredibly valued as a customer.

Most recently, I ordered a hat for a special occasion over the Christmas period, when the store was closed. Once again, Santinni went above and beyond. I was offered the option to collect directly from the warehouse to avoid delivery delays. The delivery fee was refunded, and my order was waiting for me, beautifully packaged and ready to go. It was such a thoughtful and generous gesture.

Every single person I’ve interacted with at Santinni has been kind, attentive, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. This is a brand that truly cares about its customers, and it shows in every detail. I feel incredibly loyal to Santinni and have no doubt I will continue returning again and again.

Santinni is the perfect place to buy luxurious coats in the old money style. I purchased the "Starlet" coat from Santinni. The pieces are beautifully crafted, soft and give off the exact vibe it is supposed to carry.
The delivery to Austria was quick (2 days) and even the customs clearance was done in less than a day. I was in contact with Shreya for a while and she was soso helpful and kind, just as the owner Nikoleta! They are working hard and are very costumer-oriented.
I cannot understand the negative feedback at all, especially those that complained they didnt get their custom fees refunded. Those are not refunded by the company, you have to reach out to your customs/postal office as they are the ones processing it. Importing non-EU shipments are the customers responsibility, I am rather astonished that this does not appear self-evident to some.

I have to have my coats custom made as I like a shorter jacket and certain sleeve length. I am now onto my 3rd timeless elegance piece and about to purchase another. The quality and workmanship excels and are truly lifetime gems. The whole purchasing experience is as expected from very professional personnel.

I just received my first coat from Santinni - I bought the sunset boulevard in black. It is so stunning! The quality of materials, the way the coat sits - all very luxurious. I know £595 is not cheap, however, it feels like a £2,000 purchase.

The coat is beautiful and warm, but I simply don’t understand their business practice. It’s as if they want to dissuade international customers from purchasing. At this price point, most brands cover duties and customs, but I was of course hit with a 180€ customs and import fee. On top of that, the UK price in pounds includes sales tax - and that’s the price that they converted into euros. So I paid the exact price in euros tha someone in the UK would pay, despite tax not being included in my price just to turn around and pay EU tax when it arrived. With shipping, my 460 euro coat became 700 euros. It’s a cute coat - but not sure if it is 700 euros cute. It better hold up until I die.

It was my first purchase from Santinni and it was one of the best customer experiences I've ever had with a retailer. Shreya was incredible. She was informative, responsive, and incredibly kind and professional. For the service alone I would purchase there again, but then there is also the product, which is lovely! I would highly recommend Santinni.

I purchased the "Starlet" coat in crema, custom made, and I absolutely love it. When I first saw Starlet, I thought it was the most beautiful coat I have ever seen and so it is. It's so special, well crafted and fits perfectly. I feel like a snow queen in it. Thank you Santinni and special thanks to the excellent customer service.

I am in the United States and have admired the coats from FreddyMyLove. I ordered one coat but I knew I could do better (for my frame - it was gorg). They let me exchange, held my funds and I waited until the STARLET in Nero went on sale and then sent it write out. I had it in days from overseas. Every time I wear it I get compliments from women and men (a laborer told me I had a beautiful coat on the other day!). It's really really nice if your on the fence. and is classic and can last forever. Thank you, Santinni and Vivian in particular.

I purchased the Santinni "Marlene Cashmere and Wool Coat with Faux Fur in Rosso". The coat arrived in a lovely box and the color was wonderful. However, upon trying it on I could see that it was cheaply made. First, gold buttons are cheap and it is evident they will not last a long time. Second, the sizing is far off, it is about a size too big and I had to pull the belt very tightly to make it fit me properly which creates an appearance I do not care for. Third, the fabric is cheap, yes, the fake fur is soft, but the wool is stiff, hard and just does not feel nice on my skin. I have many coats, including several Cashmere and other varieties of wool, even some made specifically for me that were off significantly better quality and cost less than this one. I even have coats from the 1950s that have held up better and, I still use them on a regular basis. Santinni seem to want to be viewed as timeless and that requires quality in every area. This is very far off and falls into the category of disposable. There is no value in owning a disposable item that you are afraid to use because it will fall apart. And, as I planned to return the coat, they choose to charge a large "processing fee". This is my first and last purchase from them. Definitely not worth the cost and hassle.

The two orders I made went very smoothly and I really enjoy wearing the jewellery from Santinni. I value the earrings as a key piece of my wardrobe.

I love this boutique. As a big girl finding stylish pieces has been a challenge for me. I had multiple tailor made pieces from Santinni which made my experience superb. I have received many, many compliments in their dress. Not only the material is awesome but also the design is super elegant. It makes me feel like a proper lady when I wear them. I have to add, the customer service is very, very professional, helpful and considerate. They make sure every step of the process runs smoothly. It is on the pricier side but for this quality and service every cent is worth it.


I've bought a number of pieces from Santinni starting in 2022- two coats (Marlene and Starlet), a dress coat (Kennedy), a cashmere wrap, headband, hat, and a pair of earrings - and I'm about to go back for more! :)

First things first, I get SO MANY compliments on each of these. The winter coats and accessories are beautiful and soft but also warm enough to actually become staples of my winter wardrobe. They are really high quality, and I think I will actually wear them for decades.

I can't rave about the Marlene coat enough - I was excited to find an elegant warm coat made of natural fibers with cruelty-free vegan fur. I am now on my THIRD winter wearing my WHITE Marlene coat and while I initially feared I made a mad, short-sighted color choice, it has held up incredibly well and still looks crisp and stunning!

My experience with customer service has also been fantastic. When the dress I got didn't fit me very well, I wrote to customer service and she advised on a better size for me and managed a quick and smooth exchange. I feel comfortable ordering knowing that returns/ exchanges are handled by real, responsive people. Oh and I got one item custom size and it fits like a glove, if you want to go custom, they are great with that too!

I was surprised to see reviews below 5 stars, but it seems the negative reviews are mainly about customs fees - which can definitely be annoying but also not in the company's control. It's a UK brand, just be sure to check the customs in advance for your country and you shouldn't have any surprises.

Needless to say, I've become a huge fan of Santinni over the years and would definitely recommend. It's become one of my favorite brands!

Was looking for a coat that is both elegant and perfect for winter. Purchased the 'Fairytale' teddy coat and I am obsessed with it!!
