My perfect fit
I placed my last order with SANVT last week. As my body type is different to the norm, I am more than happy to have found a hoodie that fits perfectly. The long sleeves are exactly what I was looking for. I also love the plastic free packaging!

The Smart Chino is not great
The textile the The Smart Chino is made of feels cheap, takes stains way too easily. Better alternative exist.
They also becomes sticky when sweaty and doesn't provide much comfort when hot. At the same time, the material feels very thin and does not provide a lot of insulation against cold. The cord fastning is made of a way too stretchy thread which means it doesn't work. As a result, the closure mechanism is complicated and requires way too many steps.
It looks strange on a person, as the fabric is soft and stiff at the same time. The result is that the chino drape in a very unnatural way.
Overall, this is the worst of both formal clothes and sport clothes. Uncomfortable, doesn't breathe, complicated and looks cheap.
Overall, not worth a buy.

The Smart Chino has been sold several thousand times around the globe. So far, we feel extremely fortunate that we have received extraordinary positive feedback.
Internally, we are very proud that we developed such a signature garment; an item quickly became one of our bestsellers. The fabric of our Chino is woven in Italy, in one of the most prestigious fabric mills in the world. The super soft satin weave is lightweight, breathable and super soft. It is such an exclusive material that we (and thousands of our customers) strongly disagree with your opinion of the fabric feeling cheap.
For this reason, we somehow struggle to understand your comments. A feedback that overall feels more than subjective.
As you feel the fabric is too thin: we just launched an heavyweight version of our chino. Perhaps this would be something more interesting for you?
As a small start-up, we also rely heavily on the feedback and reviews of our customers. A rather opinionated comment on a platform like Truspilot, is in our opinion far from justified.
Assuming that Alexander is your real name, our customer care team has also not received any kind of message outlining your concerns. We would have been really happy to help and also arrange a return for you if you really don’t like the trouser. As with all our orders, you have 60 days to return your order free of charge, meaning we cover the return costs for orders from Germany, Austria, Denmark, Belgium and Luxembourg. Another sign of how convinced we are of the quality of our garments...
