Absolutely stunning piece of art!
I purchase the bat Valencia ring they helped me customised it with a opal centre and black diamond side stones. I also got the castile skull ring for my fiance which he loves.

Very quick to reply which was good as I had a bit of a time limit to make.
I get so many compliments whenever I wear it!
The presentation/packaging was beautiful. Once made shipping was very quick, about 3 days to Texas.

Having lost my first engagement ring this time I got to pick one out myself. I really didn't want someone too traditional. I never thought I was going to find my dream ring, but when I saw it I knew it was the one for me.
I really love the ring! Great quality!! Very detailed.
I ordered it too big and had resized locally.
Very happy and definitely recommend.
The ring I got didn't seem to have a matching band so hopefully will be back for a custom band soon!

My boyfriend bought me a promise ring from here costing over £500 at the time, although the price is now less than £400 for some reason? It is the nightfall style. The coffin amethyst has fallen out 3 times it should not have even fallen out once at that price. When he asked about a repair, they wanted us to send the ring back at an expense to ourselves, so we chose to use a local jeweller each time it broke again always in the same place (top right prong). Today the prong has snapped again and I have given up with the ring, we are looking for a replacement.

When I emailed the company the first time, I got a very rude response telling me I shouldn’t be wearing the ring every day - is this not the point of a promise/engagement/wedding ring?

I would highly avoid, and I think similar reviews prove my point, they are not worth the money

ETA to companies reply, they won’t have my details because my boyfriend purchased it, and they are clearly using subpar sterling silver for their rings - just check the other reviews that have had similar experiences!

I had a couple of questions and requests before buying and they were super helpful and patient.
The ring itself is absolutely stunning, even more beautiful than I was expecting. The requests I made were taken into consideration and executed perfectly.

The customer service was great but the ring itself was not what I expected.
I ordered the moonlight ring as an engagement ring/Christmas present for my partner, the time for delivery was already fairly tight as I had left it late to order, then found we would be in a different country for the holidays.
The customer service on this was great, I contacted with my predicament and they gave me options to either upgrade the delivery and pay the difference or ship to where I was going as it had not yet been sent out.
I went with the upgrade and had the ring in plenty of time.
Sadly the ring does leave something to be desired. The black finish on the bat doesn't really look black, it's almost powdery looking which isn't really the end of the world, it just looked so much nicer and more detailed in the pictures.
The edges of the ring are also quite sharp so it can't be worn all the time... I'm now having to source a second ring for every day wear which isn't ideal. I think the sharp edges should be mentioned in the product description as I have since seen another review about the same issue.

They went above and beyond communicating back and forth with very quick replies. Very patient and helpful when it came to all my questions.

The ring itself is so unique and looks really well made…. with lots of small details. I have never seen ANYTHING else like it. I was blown away by the ring! It’s even more beautiful in person and fits perfectly. I followed them for a long time... so excited to finally get a ring. I will be back for the wedding band.

Originally saw the Alice ring online and fell in love, wasn't too sure what is would look like in person. But it was actually stunning..delicate, pretty and so unique, I knew it was the the one! Photos don't do it justice at all, looks better in person.

I couldn't pick it up so had it shipped out once made, shipping was 1 day.
Fits perfect and the ring sits straight on top of my finger (I worried it might slide around) not too heavy and does not flop to side....
Everything from the design, quality and customer service in store was great.
I often catch myself just staring at it :)

Bought the St ivy ring in 10K white gold with rose gold accents and natural diamonds for myself. It took around a month to make and it shipped to the UK in 3 days which was a day earlier than expected. It was boxed beautifully and when I opened the ring box I was floored. The quality and craftsmanship that has gone into my ring is absolutely fantastic! I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you sapphire studios.

Pictures can't describe how beautifully crafted this ring looks. As my fiance is a big sailor moon fan she can't help but stare at it all the time. From initial consultation sapphirestudios provided us great customer service including guidance and knowledge on the design of the ring that we desired and the process was fantastic and simple. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome, thank you for all the help and beautiful ring.

Only place I could find capable of designing my dream ring. I had a custom design I wanted made that I had tried to get made at another jeweller, however I was told it was too complex.
Sapphire Studio helped me refine my idea and design it. When they sent me the pictures of the final design I was in love. And now in person it's just as beautiful. Thank you so much!!

I was worried it might be a bit much having skulls on an engagement ring but they are actually really pretty and even my grandma approves haha.
I wanted something unique but really had no idea what I was looking for until I saw this ring. I couldn't get it out of my head and knew it was the one. My fiancee proposed with a 'placeholder' ring so I was free to choose my own.
The ring itself looks well made. Very solid but not tacky, it's quite feminine. I messed up the size, my fault, and got it resized locally as it was only slightly too small. The jeweller was really impressed so that made me feel good.
I would definitely recommend if you are like me and want something different.

I brought this 2 years ago and have lost alot of weight so I sent it back to get it resized (I was so worried it might slip off my finger as I lost weight and I would lose it). I got it polished and cleaned also.
It looks brand new now and fits me perfectly.
Customer service is very helpful and quick replies. Also getting a 2nd wedding band made by them now.

Wish I had found these reviews before purchase. I guess these rings are for hand modeling only, better not use your hands for ANYTHING while wearing it. Got the st ivy ring, stone fell out and was lost. I sent it in and they said the wear was the worst they've ever seen. Sent it to them ($700 later), got it back, wore it gently for less than a month and now the stone is loose and the prongs are paper thin. I wore a ring for 8 years that was the same gold quality as this one supposedly is and never had a single issue. I wear cheap jewelry on my hands day in and day out too and have never broken a ring. Hopefully somewhere near me can do something about the prongs being retipped and hopefully doesn't cost too much.

Editing to add that I had problems with this ring from day 1. It was very "snaggy", the sides of the ring caused abrasions on the surrounding fingers, and the prongs on this ring look nothing like what is pictured online. A side stone fell put within the first month of wear. I regret my purchase but now the sentiment is attached to the ring and I have no choice but to try to have it fixed elsewhere.

This ring is exactly what I was looking for, very detailed and pretty. I have never seen anything else like it.
I picked the Alexandrite for the centre stone. It changes from purple to pink, blue to teal depending on the lighting.
I didn't even realize there was a tiny gem in the side flowers, such a lovely surprise. The ring itself is very well made. Shipping was very quick once it was made and shipped

I just wanted to say that the pictures you post do not do it justice. It is such a lovely ring and sits so nicely on the finger. The gem/diamond/whatever it is sparkles so nicely in the light. We went with white gold band with gold flower and it's just so nice, I can't say enough about it! My favourite is the sneaky logo at the back I show it of so many

Beautiful ring, beautiful packaging, superb customer service. When I got it and was able to see it in person it looked better than in the pictures. The quality, detail, and shipping (once shipped it only took 5 days to receive on the other side of the world) have all been amazing.
The stone (Morganite) is a beautiful peachy pink, and the diamonds accent it perfectly. Highly recommend.

Sapphire Studios not only has exceptional customer service, they have have incredible products to match. Unfortunately, I recently lost my wedding ring and came to the conclusion after three days of searching, it was gone. I ordered a replacement ring and soon realized I ordered the wrong cut. After making this realization, I immediately emailed Sapphire Studios and explained the situation. They quickly emailed me back with a solution and rushed the production of the ring into manufacturing. It’s welcoming to know that although there is a twelve hour time difference between us (I am in California PST), we were able to have quick and efficient dialogue. They made an unfortunate situation solvable and for this I am very grateful! Highly recommend this incredible company.

This ring really exceeded my expectations. Sapphire Studios helped me custom design the ring of my dreams. I had a vision of what I was after and gave them a picture. They were helpful showing me what worked and what didn’t with my design. Communication was superb! I had a deadline and they got it to me in time, actually earlier than expected. In the end it’s even better than what I had initially imagined. As soon as I received my ring it brought tears to my eyes. Its well made and the packaging is gorgeous too. It's delicate and elegant and I love that its unique to me.

This is the second ring I have purchased from here. I sadly lost my beloved first ring (from elsewhere) and they went above and beyond in getting us a replacement quickly as we needed for engagement photos.
This ring is gorgeous, there is no other way to describe it. It sparkles so beautifully in the light, and the setting is so intricate and delicate.
Good customer service and very quick replies. They were very patient with any questions (I asked them so many and they was always quick to answer in depth and kindly). I made some changes from the orignal ring. The quality is amazing I'm in love with my ring :)

Incredibly unhappy with this company! After years of looking at their rings, I was pleasantly surprised to know my fiance purchased one to propose. I hadn't told him which one to pick, so both of us were disappointed with how different the ring looked in person from the website. Apparently they used computer generated photos, which is expressed nowhere on the website, so the actual ring was far more dull than what was pictured. When my fiance reached out to them after I expressed what he'd already been thinking, the reply was extremely dismissive. Of course they said we could return the ring, but because of the restocking fee, it absolutely would not have been worth it. The setting is also slightly bent, and I'm afraid the stone will eventually fall out, the ring also comes to a point that is very sharp and always snags clothing and pokes my finger. So for this reason and to preserve the black rhodium, I seldom wear the ring. I work from home, and don't leave often, so the ring is sitting in its case most of the time. However, after only a month and a half, the rhodium is already fading. Of course their reasoning is that it depends on oils, water, blah, blah, I rarely wear the ring and I've never showered with it, never washed dishes with it, never worked out with it. Yet it's already fading. Again, when we reached out, another dismissive reply. I know some people are happy with their purchases, but if you're getting something that you may ever need customer service for, I would recommend shopping elsewhere. For a company that I'd been looking forward to purchasing from for years, the level of disappointment is immeasurable. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
