I have made 2 orders in the last month over £200 and I've gone on my app to see if the first order is any closer to being delivered and second order has been shipped ive gone on the app and just keeps saying loading error can't find my orders as I say just keeps saying loading error

Still not received order
Haven’t received second order. Been in transit for over 10 days now.
No response on the live chat and no response via email.
Not very impressed, first order came super quick and I was hoping for the same second time around however I am very disappointed.

Ordered 4 items in total
Ordered 4 items in total, two t shirts, a pair of earrings and a handbag. All shipped in one order, says it was delivered 21/11/2023 but when it arrived I only got the handbag. Trying to get in contact with customer service has been impossible and I am extremely disappointed with this service and will not be using again. Have requested a refund and have had nothing come back for that either. Terrible.

Customer service isn’t easily accessible……
Customer service is extremely hard to get through as there are tons of bots. I’ve tried to reach out to let them know that evri has lost my parcel, but I haven’t been able to get through.
Edit:
I received my parcel and some things were missing! I will try emailing them, as I am 1282th in line for the customer service chat in the app🙄

Saramart is a great app,faster postage then other overseas shopping but the only down side is their shipping partner evri/Hermes my last 3 orders have not been delivered,it's not saramarts fault,it's evri what a awful company.customer service have said they will resend my 1 order there's another 2 outstanding and waiting to hear

I ordered 3 separate orders and the last one got shipped over passed all customs and now it's being returned to the sender does anyone know what's going on, can Sara mart please get back to me on this as I'm not happy at all, plus my first order had been shipped it's stuck on 33% but the flight took off on the 12th off November now evri are saying that my parcel was delivered to me on the 16th of November now I haven't received anything now this isnt £10/£20 worth of stuff it's £167 worth! I am getting very concerned regarding my order that’s why I am reaching out to you today.
My order It’s been stuck on 59% for some time now.
November 11th 2023 - clearance completed your parcel will be picked up by local logistics company in 1-3 days.
6 days later now November 17th 2023 no update still stuck on the same thing.
This should have been picked by now, I’ve had no issues with previous orders up until now and I’ve spent so much money on SaraMart.
It’s been stuck on same position for almost a week, this is really starting to worry me and raise concerns.
Please can someone kindly email me back and give me some sort of explanation to what’s going on please.
I’ve already emailed you, I need some answers.
I know you’ve sent the items correctly however my parcel has had no movement for 6 days almost 1 week. I really need some answers as it’s a lot of money what I’ve spent and I feel like I’m left in the dark with no explanation or updates.
