Cheap nasty strange smelling…

Cheap nasty strange smelling clothing..branded items spelled incorrect cannot return them even though site says quick returns and refunds absolute rubbish!! Told cannot send back and cannot return for refund these are COMPLETE SCAMMERS!! AVOID!!!… they take your money and that’s all they are interested in SCAMMERS!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This company will send out damaged and poor quality goods and send you only a partial refund. They will not allow you to send the goods back for a full refund.

They are scammers and thieves.

AVOID THEM!

Sorry Sara Mart

After reading some misleading reviews here i panicked and I cancelled a second order that i had initially that was due for delivery. I apologise to Sara mart because my first order arrived with really excellent quality stuff, in time for Christmas aswell. My next order is definitely on the way! Happy Christmas 2021 to you and your professional team

Wouldn’t even give the 1 star they have…

Wouldn’t even give the 1 star they have stolen £87 off me and are saying they will not give it me back even though I have not received the goods 🤬 can’t even speak to a manager. They give you fake tracking numbers then say it’s to late to complain! AVOID

Expensive letdown

Id give no stars again again

Id give no stars again again. Trust pilot emailed me requesting the reciept copy so I sent pictures of it and the package with the labels of return over a week ago. They state they will resolve the issue within 24-48hours. Still ive not heard anything about getting my money back. NEVER BUY FROM SARAMART THEY SELL FAKES AND FAKE ADVERTISE DESIGNER ITEMS. THEY ARE CON ARTISTS THAT WILL DO EVERYTHING TO AVOID YOU FROM RETURNING THE ITEM AND IF BY CHANCE YOU DO THEY KEEP A CHUNK AND DONT REFUND IN FULL AND IT COSTS A LOT TO RETURN TO CHINA AND THEY WILL 100% AVOID PAYING THE SHIPPING FEE. EVERYTIME YOU MESSAGE THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DONT READ YOUR MESSAGE AND YOU GO ROUND AND ROUND IN CIRCLES AS THIS IS THEIR DELAY TACTICS AND MORE THAN 3 MONTHS LATER YOU GET NOTHING DONE

Rubbish

SARASMART,
they are worst people to do business with I made and order of 245.45 $ for 4 pairs of trainers.

And I recieved a lot of different type of clothing instead,
I've tried to contact them through out there useless App & PayPal since the 1st of JUNE they sat tight there know one bother to come back to me with an explain.
Why I recieved some one else order or he was just a mistake.
They know the refund claim will expire in 30 days after that I'll just have F*** off I'm very gutted I use to shopping with WISH they have by miles a supervisor customer service.

I try to change shopping somewhere else like SARAMART wrong idea now I'm stocked with the wrong product that was my 1st & last order.

Folks anything goes wrong with your order With SARAMART you're on your own they wouldn't moved a muscle to help you.

It's better to deal with the s*** you know.

I was unable to mark 0 star that's the only raison you can see a star above.
