New to me but worth it!

I must be honest, never heard from Sarenza before, but I found it through looking for a pair of shoes I wanted and found they had the best price for them. So I purchased them, the process was easy, I received my shoes in a matter of days, so what can I say, it was easy. Plus getting the reminders that my order was processed, on time, ready to ship, on the way and delivered, it all made this a great experience, so thank you!

Relatively fast delivery

Relatively fast delivery. Was apprehensive about ordering here because there was a load of bad feedback. Fit is perfect. From what I could see in the pics the buckles were silver but they're gold and not what I wanted. This point is a great disappointment for me

Total waste of time, AVOID Sarenza!!!

Bought some walking shoes which started to fall apart within the first 2 months. Reported it o sarenza and sent photos, got a reply to say they would respond in 10 days. Anyway 10 days passed and no response, have chased it up a further three times with no response.

My advice, absolutely avoid this firm

Fraud! No express delivery

Fraud!! They haven’t returned money for an “express delivery” that they didn’t make! In emails they just ignore. During calls I asked questions like “give me an argument or a documented proof that you cannot return money for the undone service”. They didn’t provide any proof, they just said “sorry, there is no possibility to return money.” That’s their fault, not DHL, because they didn’t send my parcel early morning, they decided to do it in the evening (like they can decide when I pay for the express) that’s why it wasn’t coming on time!

Not trustworthy

I’m super frustrated with this company. The website is super misleading, and it’s so hard to find important info.
On top of that, I keep getting emails from them, even though I’ve tried to unsubscribe like a million times. Unsubscribing via the website doesn't work. Writing them email didn't work.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Don't trust them. Just stay away!

Worst customer service I have ever…


Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’m absolutely unable to reach anyone. My emails from fourth of November are not getting answered, there is no phone number that is working and when reaching them on Instagram they are just replying and can’t responses without really helping me.
My shoes arrived damaged and I am unable to reach anyone here. Do not buy here.

WORST experience ever!

WORST experience ever!! I used their own Label and returned all my ordered items within a few days. Three months later i still have not received the refund despite providing all evidence that the parcel was returned. They seem to be issuing false labels which then go lost with DHL and make the customer pay for the order. FRAUD!! ATTENTION!

Exactly as ordered, thank you!

I was really scared when I read the reviews after I had placed an order.
I do not have any experience with their customer service. That is because a pair of brand new shoes in the right size was shipped within 48 hours express, exactly as ordered. Happy to share my POSITIVE experience here. Thank you!!

Never again

My Paket got stolen/went missing on the way to me. The Tracking record said it should be there but it never was. I contacted Sarenza customer service End of April and the lady on the phone told me they are going to place a follow-up at the Post. But I never got the Information about it even though I tried to call them again and E-Mail them. I tried to get my money back via Paypal but they claimed everything was fine.

I bought Miista boots in January…

I bought Miista boots in January through Sarenza.de. After wearing them about 5 times, the right boot came apart on the back, right down the seam for some reason. I contacted customer service about this problem and asked them to open a warranty case. They asked me to send pictures of the damage and assured me that an examination would take up to 7 business days. It's been two months since then and I still haven't heard back from them. They have stopped responding to emails and there is no way to contact them again. I do not recommend using this resale platform. They most likely buy faulty items from suppliers and sell them for the same price as the official brand's website. I only used this platform because the model I wanted was sold out on the Miista official site at the time. But I will never do that again.

Informed out of stock when not...

I tried to order a pair of shoes yesterday but did not click on credit card or paypal payment but invoice.
Afterwards I was informed that the shoes were not in stock.
they are in stock, in fact it actually says how many are in stock.
Reaching customer service seemed hopeless as the form asked for some number that I of course do not have because it is a number given when the order goes through. Also no phone number.

Therefore, when asking for an invoice it seems then that the goods are not available but with CC or PP they are available which gives me a very bad feeling.
I will not use this company because I don't trust them.
