This is the second time I've used Rusty @ Sat Nav Upgrades and I simply cannot fault his service. Product's or customer service.

Used several times with no issues what so ever

Was reluctant to upgrade my bmw satnav via the internet however the savings persuaded me to give it a try. Recieved the first usb which did not work contacted Rusty who sent a replacement again no joy. Spoke to Rusty who diagnosed that as the sat nav had not been upgraded since 2014 then the jump to the 2023 version was a leap too far, he sent me two further usb’s 2014-2017 & 2017-2023which cured the problem and loaded first time.
Overall based on my experience I would highly recommend satnavupgrades both on price and service ( not mention patience )

Great communication/support as I had some IT complications on my side that I needed help working through which they helped me though it. Fast delivery and now I have updated maps which now recognises some new local roads that were not on the older version of the maps package I had previously - i would definitely recommend to use them!

Really great customer service as I had struggled to get the coding to work, but they supported me throughout the process and always quick to respond.

3rd time of using Rusty's updates on 3 different X5s. I have the BMW Pro and it updates perfectly, running exactly as it should, post update. Extremely useful with Rusty available with full back up.

Bought a bmw satnav update on a usb. Took a couple of days to arrive and you just plug it into the car, click yes and it takes about 30mins to load onto the car so I went for a drive whilst it updated. Very easy to do, highly recommend.
