Used these guys a couple times for different car nav updates and always a great service. Highly recommended.

BMW Cnnect Drive, could not help with my Sat Nav, BMW Main dealer Halliwell Jones Llandudno, not got a clue regarding Sat Nav, told me my Sat Nav wasn't capable of Full Postcode read out, took them 4 Hr.s to come to that conclusion.
1 Phone call to Rusty, talked me through the problem, 40 Minutes later FULLY FUNCTIONING SAT NAV! This guy knows what he's talking about, Professional, Courteous, and Helpfull to a fault. I'm 68 and not technically savvy, he took his time, patience, and restored my Sat Nav to Full Postcode, definitely 1 of the Best, if not the Best. Thank You Rusty for everything. (And let's not forget The Mighty BMW said my Sat Nav will not show Full Postcode only Partial)

Buyer beware!
First and foremost, emails are not responded to in a timely fashion and if and when they are, the questions that were asked were not addressed, just a snippy, "no refunds" reply. Secondly the software is not as described, and the seller could care less as long as they get their money. Think twice before hitting that pay now button.

If you are going to be profiting by illegally selling BMW's intellectual property you should be a little more courteous, and try to work with a customer when they have an issue.

After taking my active tourer for sat nav upgrade to Group 1 they stated it was not possible service personnel clueless . Found Rusty on forum and from start to Finnish excellent service knew exactly what was needed sent code number and put upgrade on usb . Received this morning and 30 minutes job done .so well done you guys Merry Xmas 🎅

I had some trouble downloading the maps at first, but the support offered by Rusty was amazing. He answered all questions, provided guidance and eventually I had a working set of updated maps. I cannot recommend Satnavupgrades enough.

Excellent product and service. I bought my upgrade on a USB stick and it arrived 2 days later. I was a little confused as to how to proceed so I emailed Rusty who replied within an hour or so (on Saturday too). It was as simple as plugging in the usb and pressing'go', 20 minutes later and I have an up to date sat nav, I will definitely be back for another update, thanks Rusty.

Fantastic service. Code sent immediately by email, update arrived in the post two days later. Plug and play, updated to the current map in half an hour. I can not recommend highly enough A*****.

Two Flawless Updates on F30s this year. The first on a 2012 320d with the CIC head unit and the second on another 320d from 2013 with the 1st gen NBT head unit.
