I am just shopping just because you guys tricked me into being VIP. It was not clear to me that I had to pay
- 50 euro a month
- no answer from you regarding cancellation

Because at the beginning of each month you can skip your membership and avoid monthly payments with just one click, but still enjoy all the advantages that VIP status offers. Sounds nice, doesn’t it? 😊
Furthermore, we find it a pity that you feel forced to use your VIP credits. Did you know that they have no expiration date? Which means that you can use them whenever you like, when you really need something from our sortiment or if a collection sweeps you off your feet – in months or even years to come, stress free. :) Of course they can be used within one order, please contact our customer support so that we can help you with that or with the cancellation of your membership, it that is still your wish.

I tried using my 49,99 euro VIP…
I tried using my 49,99 euro VIP credits, but it still took the whole amount from my bank account. No I will have to return it and looking at other comments here, might never see my money ever again. What a piece of crap. Not to mention their policies about cancellation of VIP membership. They will do everything to rip you off.

As we can understand your anger very well, we will forward your request to our customer support immediately. They will contact you within 48 hours to clarify your request. Unfortunately, you did not give us a reference number in your review, so that we have no insight into an alleged customer account. Please be kind and provide us your data. Thank you very much!
Also, we think it's a shame that you don't like our shop. We are trying to make the VIP membership as understandable as possible. Therefore, we draw your attention to this during the ordering process. As soon as you decide on the discounted price or use a VIP offer, the VIP conditions come into effect accordingly. But we don't want to force anyone to be a VIP member or to shop with us. For this reason, our VIP membership has no contract length and no notice period, so we are always willing to cancel the membership for free.

Slight problems but better than what I been dealing with.

Paying was a bit difficult my address kept changing from what I had input as well as my payment method kept switching. We will see if I get my package in a timely manner with no issues. I've had issues ordering things recently so hopefully I get what I ordered.
