Spam email service.

This company gracefully provides the free service of spamming my email address, despite me never having visited their website nor signed up for their service.

Cheers you sinful dregs!

Sending spam emails

Sending spam emails despite me never giving permission for them to contact me. Poor practice and you've obviously seriously damaged the reputation of your business by buying email lists and sending spam emails in bulk to other users.

Reply:

You didn't buy a list? Where did you get my email address then? I've checked my browser history and cookies, neither of which have any mention of your website.

I don't want to click any links on a spam email, thanks. I'll just report the emails as spam and block the email address so I stop receiving them, by doing this I'm doing everyone else a favour by preventing your emails from appearing in their inboxes.

Just as a side question - If you didn't buy a spammy list of email addresses, where did you get the email addresses from? I don't think it's a coincidence that you've had a massive surge in 1 star reviews in the last few weeks from users suggesting that you've inappropriately gained access to their personal contact information.

Anyway, great job to whoever on the marketing team thought spamming email addresses was a good way to generate customers. You've completely destroyed your reputation as untrustworthy.

I never subscribed to their mailing…

I never subscribed to their mailing list, yet I started to recieve their unsolicited newsletter. I ignore how they illegaly obtained my work email, but the unsubscribe button doesn't seem to remove it from their list: after unsubscribing (3rd time now) I get readded and still recieve their newsletter. Awful business practice, hope they will be held accountable soon.

Sending Spam Emails

Sending me spam without being a customer nor ever heard of that company nor using a public used email address. Lets see if at least the unsubscribe works and looking forward to never hear from that company.

As seen in the comments, i am not the only one having problems with spam from that company

Don’t send me emails I didn’t ask for, would never trust

Started getting their emails to my business email address, which I have only used internally in the organisation. Getting such emails usually only means one thing - scam. This is not a way to get a customer, and I am even afraid to press “unsubscribe”, as I never trust such emails as much as harmless they might be. Only went to Trustpilot to understand what scam lies behind.

Spamming without consent

Same problem as most people here, they are spamming. I'm not a customer, so they shouldn't have my email address. They spam without consent as I never asked for these emails. Since they are using AWS services, I've reported the abuse to AWS. I'm not going to click unsubscribe just to confirm my email address to them, so they can sell my email address and spam me even more. Reporting their abuse should hopefully get them blocked and shut down.

EDIT: no I am not a competitor. Your stupid replies trying to say someone is a competitor, or like to someone else here, someone must of not liked you so registered your email with our service to spam you. Poor excuses! Your shady and unethical business practices for spamming are the issue here! Stop obtaining or purchasing peoples data to spam without obtaining their permission to send them emails! As a sidenote, your emails are also being reported to anti-spam services to ensure that they end up in the Junk/Spam folders.

For everyone else receiving the spam emails, report them to your Spam/Junk folder. Also, check the MX records for the domain to find out the service they are using, at time of writing as AWS SES service. You can search for "amazon ses email abuse report" to get the email address to send the email headers to. Maybe that will teach them not to spam, and only send legitimate emails in the first place to people who actually want them!

EDIT2:

Like others have commented, they are now leaving fake positive reviews to try and hide the negative comments about their spamming. If they were a legitimate company, they would address the complaints about spamming. Avoid them like the plague!

EDIT3:

Pretty much all the positive reviews are fake. They are just trying to improve their score because of all the negative reviews due to them spamming made their star rating hit one star. This only confirms that they are nothing but spammers and not even a legitimate business. If they were legitimate they would listen to the negative reviews and stop spamming people.

From your report, it seems like you are a competitor who is trying to sabotage our reputation, thousands of clients are happy with our service, otherwise our trustpilot would have been on our actual business and not about someone who is trying his best to ruine it, have a great life

@reply: A legal/police threat to a data request (which is a right under GDPR) is not a reply ;-)

@reply2: We can easily rule this out if you would comply with our data request ;-) (we did however receive conformation by your representative our domain is no longer included in the mailing list +1 star)

From what we understood you spoke to a representative of the company earlier this morning, so its inaccurate to say no body replied to you.

For the sake of transparency, you work at Delen Bank, and potentially a client who is unhappy with your services registered your emails with our blog.

We see you keep on editing the stars, you might end up being a client and 5 star us :)

IRRESPONSIBLE

The worst experience I have ever had. I bought a train ticket and the webpage didn't work. They didn't send me the ticket to my email or through their webpage. After this they said I could show a couple pictures of transaction to the train staff but it also didn't work. They didn't believe I bought a ticket so they made me purchase another ticket with a fine of 50 EURO!
After this, saveatrain said they were going to refund me but they only refund me the price of the ticket. They didn't refund me the fine I had to pay because their webpage didn't work.
They didn't take responsability of what they did. They invented excuses all the time.
I will make them pay. Please be careful with this horrible company.
