Paid £9.99 on Sunday for "next day" delivery and item arrived Wednesday afternoon. Will use alternative providers like Amazon that offer genuine next day delivery (at no cost). Laptop was a good price though.

Laptop arrived fine thanks to DPD but have had nothing but trouble with Windows Activation - it's clear that they've obviously used the same product key on various laptops and now it won't activate my version of Windows, leaves a constant watermark on my screen and is a complete nightmare. Contacted Microsoft support and they tried 3 times but have said the code must be used on another device or is the wrong code for the version of Windows installed. Can't get through to anyone at SaveOnLaptops.com either to get help or get the correct code. Absolute nightmare.

Charging fault on Asus G752, returned to Save on Laptops. Told by them no fault. Unhappy with this response asked for a refund but Save on Laptops not responded. They are unhelpful, rude and with no regard for customer service. Also very hard to contact.

Bought for one of my Sierra Leonean sons and, having powered it up and started the initial setup, it looks excellent, fit for purpose, very flexible in terms of use, and was excellent value for money - he will find it a great help at university later this year...

Excellent service. They arrived the next day. It should be noted that they come with a note to say that they will not be left in a safe place and that someone must be present to sign for the parcel.

They are excellent laptops, with great specifications, and should last a number of years before any upgrade is necessary i.e. they pay for themselves.

The service was fast, easy and quick. Delivery came next day as promised. Only thing to keep me from giving 5 stars was the fact that there is a massive Windows 10 update. With this being a new laptop I thought it would already be all done and ready. Instead I am still waiting over 2 hours before I can use my laptop. Which has killed of the excitement a bit.
