Extremely responsive customer service. I had an issue with my account, and they fixed it immediately. Customer service starts when something goes wrong, and Savius is sure to resolve any issues promptly.

i can not recommend this prop firm, have ordered three times accounts, the order was always pending, no result. I think it was canceled, i do not why, has nothing to do with the money. In Discord i have opened a ticket, no response, wrote to the guys who moderate Discord, no response. Support is not good, the ordering precess is not good.

Update: I want to be fair and transparent about my previous experience. The issue has now been resolved. I spoke directly with Marc on the phone, and he also sent me an email explaining what happened with the account deactivation.

I appreciate that they finally took the time to clarify the situation and help resolve the problem. While the delay in communication was frustrating at first, I’m glad we were able to reach a solution in the end.

First of all I am pretty new to trading and I was looking for a company that could support my learning journey.

I tried other firms previously, and the experience was mediocre.

What I loved at savius was the possibility to reach out to support to quickly get help on my plaftom settings. They responded within 15 minutes with a detailed description of how to do it.

That was actually awesome.

Out of three challenges, I failed twice due to my own fault unfortunately / but with a bit of luck I got to my first payout within two weeks in my 100K account.

Payment was approved the same day and hit my account the following day.

I was very careful to follow the rules, and I even got a "well done" email from support.

I don't normally leave any feedback, but I thought the team deserves a mention.

After purchasing 5–6 accounts and finally reaching payout stage, my payout was suddenly placed on hold and a compliance call was scheduled. After waiting around 9 more days under review, my payout was permanently denied.

The reasons given were “impersonation” and “coordinated/copy trading.”

During the compliance call, I clearly explained that in 2025 I had traded on my mother’s account, eventually blew that account, and never traded on it again afterward. In 2026, I traded only on my own account.

The most surprising part was being accused of copying trades or group trading simply because some entries were close to other traders’ entries. Anyone trading order flow, liquidity levels, support/resistance, reversals can naturally get very similar entries to other traders in NQ.

Another major issue was the extremely slow compliance process and communication. Replies often took until the next day or longer, while the review itself kept extending with no clear timeline.

If this account issue was already considered a permanent violation, I do not understand why it was not addressed much earlier instead of after months of trading activity and account purchases.

Before buying, I would recommend carefully checking their Discord payout logs and review timelines for yourself.

i had a good experience with savius

at first i had some trouble getting connected to the trading platform and honestly i was a little frustrated because i wasn’t sure what i was doing wrong. i reached out to support and they got back to me pretty quick.

flavio helped me with the setup and explained what i had to do without making it complicated. after that everything worked fine and i was able to get started.

what i liked most is that it didn’t feel like they just send you some basic copy paste answer. they actually looked into it and helped me.

i’m still kinda new compared to some traders, so having fast support makes a big difference. good experience overall and i appreciate the help from flavio

good experience! got my payout in only 2 days, which was honestly faster than i expected.

also had a question about the data feed when i started and adam from support answered super fast and fixed it right away. that is actually the main reason why i wanted to leave this review. the support was just really quick and helpful, especially compared to other props where you sometimes wait forever.

payout came through, data feed question was solved fast, and overall everything felt smooth so far.

all i have to say is whatever u are reading on here about their support they aint lying. so i had an issue yesterday n reached out to support and they were on top of it. there was a rule on there i misunderstood that cause my account to be breached. explained my situation n they were able to provide an exception jus this one time. I want to thank their support staff for understanding and it was a genuine mistake n misunderstanding on my part. word of advice, always check the rules & faq no matter how seasoned u r. Thanks Savius!

I breached my account due to their rule of "all positions must be closed/flattened by 15:55 CT (which i hope in the future they can find a way for the system to automatically close it for us like other prop firms and at least change it to soft breach)

BUT i reached out to them and they were kind enough to give me a new instant funded account! W! More power, Savius!

The support team reacts very promptly, answers any question constructively and adequately, and when you really need help they help and support you. I am very satisfied.

I have been trading for almost a year now, and I have ran through many prop firms, from the worst of them all to the best. I usually don't write review for the good once, but i have written few to the once that were sketchy and no longer in business.

With that being said, Savius is built different, its like the understand the mind of a trader and the struggle we go on a day to day basis,they are super understand, the support communicate with you in timely manner, they have impeccable promotional deal for customers to take advantage of. Amongst all the top firm such as TPT, LUCID, TRADEIFY, MFFU, etc, they just moved to my no.1 on the list. The reason being is because of the understanding i never got from other firms, while others are legit and payout, Savius support works with your beyond the level you think is not possible, I have accidentally breached my account couple times, due to some error on my side and the rules set in place for DLL, they were extremely generous to reset my account back to good standing, and let me finish my Max DD of the account, I could go on and on but this is just one of many that really stood out to me. They are not obligated to do such an act but this alone tells me volume about what the company itself stands for. They understand struggling traders vs professional traders, and they met all these requirement. Before I purchase any account, it doesnt matter, Savius just took n0. 1 spot.

I was impressed with Savius’ discord customer support. Whenever I had an issue or question, their team responded quickly and professionally. Their timely support made the overall experience smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they value their users and are committed to helping resolve any concerns efficiently.

Savius delivers on its promise when it comes to payouts. I received my earnings as expected. While the process could take a bit longer than I’d expected.

I been following this prop firm for quite a while now and finally decided to give it a shot back in December 2025. The 300k instant funded account was very attractive as there's no other prop from that I'm aware of with such service.

After 30-40 days of trading I finally was able to request a payout on two of my 300k instant funded accounts. Payout process was super smooth and I receive payment in about 48 hours.

Also, customer service is amazing on their discord ticket system. Flavio has always been there to help out as soonest as possible.

Looking forward to keep trading with this prop firm since I have nothing to say but great things about them.
