I had to contact Saxen regarding delivery date which was exceeded and still did not arrive when they confirmed it would.
I would still recommend Saxen as the customer service was excellent if a little incorrect regarding the delivey advice given.
The drawings that come with the desk are to be honest pretty unclear due to possibly being copied many times but once some time is spent studying the prints the desk itself is very easy to assemble.The quality of finish is to a very high standard and if looked after will give many years of good service.
I would without doubt recommend Saxen and the French Gardens Home Office Mini Desk.

If you are considering purchasing a home computer desk I would certainly recommend your first port of call should be Saxen Home Office Solutions. I found there website and service very good and their product excellent value for money. From the moment I placed my order I was kept updated on progress of my purchase and they delivered exactly what they advertised - sturdy, practical, pleasing to look at and fit for purpose.

The website looked average which caused me a little concern as I look at the credability of the companies I deal with before committing to anything but the telephone support was very impressive and communication regarding order progress 10/10 the product arrived in excellent condition and I am extremely happy with my purchase.

From the day we placed the order we were kept up to date on the order status, via email. The service of the logistics company used to deliver the desk was excellent and follow up emails responded to quickly. We will definitely buy any further home office products from you again!

Had no problems at all and the desks bought were delivered faster than anticipated. Would definitely use them again.

Sraight forward hassle free from start to finish. Phone query answered quickly and order placed, text from courier, 48 hrs later corner workstation delivered. I even managed to assemble last night. Wife well pleased :-).

Talk the staff about what you want. Then look at the web pages. Then talk to the staff again, they know the products. (You will not find a better price anywhere else.) When you place your order, you will be informed of its progress and the delivery company will inform you when they are delivery, to the nearest hour!. This is an excellent company selling excellent products supported by excellent staff. Well done!

It's a bit soon to pass judgment on the chair since I only built it yesterday, but it looks as if it'll do what it says on the tin. The instructions were rather brief - no mention of where to put the screws (although ti was pretty obvious). Hope it doesn't fall apart like all my previous office chairs (not from this company I hasten to add).

The product (Jura Glass desk) was pretty much everything I expected which was great. Was a little disappointed with the admin side of things.
I ordered on a sat, delivery times were meant to be 1-2 days (hence why I chose homeoffice). Order only got processed on Monday afternoon and it then turned out taht they had none in stock. So instead of having it by Tues, I got it by Friday in the end. Also, find that the webinterface does not give you enough info about the status of the order.
I would use them again, but definitely not rely on the delivery info given.

I ordered after midday, & I received my order Midday the following day. What more could you want!

I bought a TC24 office chair from Saxen and found all aspects of their service to be excellent. It was an order that could have caused problems with a lesser company.

For example, the chair was out of stock after ordering. Despite a promised delivery of 1-2 days, they took the time to contact me and ask if I would like the proposed alternative or wait until the original was back in stock. The alternative was fine by me, and it was with me less than 2 days later. I put it together and found that one of the arms wouldn't raise. I contacted Saxen late in the day (e-mail) and had a response early the next working day with the promise to send a replacement part with no questions asked. The new part was received quickly and worked perfectly.

Saxen has the best customer service of anyone I've dealt with in a long time.

I have recently received two items of furniture from Saxen, a Fairmont painted sideboard and a Shaker bookcase and am absolutely delighted with both. The staff at Saxen have a wonderful blend of friendliness and professionalism that is sadly very rare these days. I cannot fault either the service or the quality of the goods. My warmest thanks to all as until I found the Saxen website I had all but given up on finding the items I wanted, and at very good prices. Highly recommended.

I found the perfect desk I wanted on another website for £187 plus £12 shipping.
I hadn't used them before thought so thought I would Google reviews. All the reviews for them were terrible! The site also showed some high scoring sites in the same category though and Saxen was one of them.
I checked out a few to see if they had the same desk and none did. Then on Saxen I was thrilled to find the same desk (just with a different name) for cheaper than the other site, and free shipping.
I ordered it on a Sunday evening and they called me Monday morning to arrange a suitable delivery day. I set it for that Thursday and it all arrived in perfect condition.
Couldn't be happier with the service I received. Will definitely use them again.
