When I realised that my hot water stopped working on stir day, I imidiatley contacted Saxon Plumbing. When I spoke to the company (Dan Carter), they were very professional in asking what was the specific problem with my boiler. Because I didn't know what was wrong with my boiler, I couldn't help in describing on what was wrong with it. Even with this lack of information I produced, they were still very helpful. After just getting In contact with them, they arrived in a matter of minutes which was excellent and they also fixed the problem in less than an hour. Very professional and reliable since this happened on the weekend! I Recommend Saxon Plumbing very highly!

We recently had Dan to install a new boiler at our home. This included changing the location of the boiler. He came highly recommended to us through my daughter who had also had a boiler installed by him. Dan gave us a very competitive quote and completed all work in the time given to a very high standard. Dan is very approachable and works in a tidy and professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Dan worked on our new build, he installed all of the new pipework, including hot, cold feeds, plumbed in a bathroom, shower room and kitchen. Installed the heating distribution pipework from the new thermal store / biomass boiler (by others) around the house, including new radiators. Dan did an excellant job, undertook the necessary pipework and heat loss calculations to size the radiators etc. His approach was fantastic, he worked hard and stuck to the programme he gave along with his quote. I would not hesitate to use Dan again, in fact we had him back to do jobs for my parents and grandmother, both of whom have been really pleased.

Saxon plumbing sorted the problem with my leaking bath, very prompt service , clean and tidy and arrived when they said they would . I definately us them again and recommend them to others

Great service and excellent quality of work provided. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I trust them to work with my tenants, which they always impress, and I get great reports from them about the work. I happily let them work on my property and leave them to get on with it in the knowledge my house is safe and the job will be done.

I had a leaking cistern and Saxon Plumbing sorted it without a fuss. An engineer called Dan popped round & very promptly sorted the issue. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend.
