Absolutely terrible. Ordered some parquet flooring, we received Chevron instead, we told them this was wrong and they collected.
We needed a refund as they couldnt fulfil the order. We then got hassled and hounded to buy the Chevron at a cheaper price and keep it, we couldn't as our client wanted the Parquet especially, but they wouldn't take no for an answer. We are now 6 months later with no refund after numerous promises, there reason for this is because they say they have no money in the bank and are awaiting investors, but they promise a certain date and it doesn't happen. We will gladly delete this once we have our refund, but we don't want other companies to go through what we have.

Once we decided on the type of flooring we wanted, the delivery was quick and the fitter booked in shortly after delivery. The customer service in the Andover Branch from purchase to installation was fab, everyone we encountered was courteous, very knowledgeable about the product and friendly!
We are very happy with the final result and friends have commented on the great quality of the flooring. Would 100% recommend this company and we will be returning customers if we have any more flooring needs! :)
