Great service from a friendly company

Great service from a friendly company. From start to finish they will look after your needs. 1st check they have the part and pay for it .they will pull it and inspect it ,they send photos to make sure you are happy then post it to you for the arranged fee .used them twice now and would thoroughly recommend to all .

Excellent Customer Service

SCB are a great company to buy from. Communication is excellent and delivery was extremely fast. Even after I had completed my end of the transaction on eBay, they still double checked that I was purchasing the right part for my car which they didn’t need to do. If I needed more parts in future, I would definitely start with them. Excellent service. Thanks.

Ordered quite a few bits including a full Vw 7.5 dash and seat belts that was correctly checked over to make sure they would fit my vehicle.

purchased a steering column from SCB…

purchased a steering column from SCB Car Parts, which was advertised as a tested, certified recycled part from a 2010 Audi A5. Unfortunately, after paying to have it professionally installed, the garage found that the clock spring was faulty, causing an ABS fault.
I contacted the seller promptly and provided details of the issue, but received no meaningful assistance. By the time the fault was discovered, the eBay return window had expired because this type of part cannot be fully tested until it has been fitted to the vehicle.
I also obtained a written report from the garage confirming the fault, but the seller still failed to resolve the issue.
I appreciate that faults can occasionally occur with used parts, but what disappointed me most was the lack of customer service and willingness to help resolve the problem. I would have expected a business advertising tested and warranted recycled parts to stand behind its products when presented with evidence of a genuine fault.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this seller.

Such a brilliant company, my item…

Such a brilliant company my item arrived safely packaged, and looks amazing, I bought it for a project I have in mind, myself and my son are McLaren mad so we’ve got a nice collection of McLaren branded stuff. But this is going to be used as wall art alongside a Number plate & led lighting.

Great service on eBay, excellent communication, prices ill definitely be heading back for more stuff..

Item arrived very quickly, fully updated on delivery, was well packaged and the item was as described, all worked well when fitted would not have any problem buying from them again. And the price was the best available.
