These guys are the one of the most effective, hardworking companies I have ever purchased from, joy and Simon are professional, they conduct themselves in a great man or. They are there to answer any questions and assist you with your orders.
I've purchased fragrance oils which are the best I've ever worked with, wax which is beautiful and sustainable sourced, moulds which are easy to work with aswell as beautiful vibrant pigmants I now will only be stocking truly personal scents for sure.

Waited 2 weeks for delivery. Had to pay twice for customs. Wouldn't give me a refund. Cost 50euros for an item that was 9.99gbp

We sent it out again (at our cost) and you didn't want to pay the 2nd customs either. We tried to explain that we don't set the customs charges, the government does.
