Ordered in Jan 22, order cancelled as due to pandemic, war etc no parts to make the suite (not the fault of SCF just our bad timing for purchasing). Re-ordered in July, and delivered in October. Delivery men were excellent, fast, efficient and friendly. Very careful with moving furniture around and putting it together.
The suite is lovely, and very reasonably priced compared with other companies.

The team at SC Furniture are first class, from the moment we enquired about the settees whereupon they sent samples enabling us to make the right decision for us, to keeping us up to date with delivery dates and even though there was a last minute problem with the settee and chair we had ordered provided us with a great solution. We were given a 1 hour timeslot and the delivery men were spot on time and cheerful and friendly even though they had a 3 hour journey to us in the pouring rain! We would definitely recommend SC furniture as they give excellent service 👍

Absolute fantastic company ! Great quality furniture at competitive prices. Customer care and communication is exemplary, Kitty.... your a diamond and you were so helpful and informative throughout. John called me the day before delivery and the guys who delivered were excellent, respectful of our property and the new sofa's they delivered.

I'm reviewing s c furniture because I bought an item through my mistake i payed to much the driver phoned me the next day early to tell me.Simon was his name then scot in the office e-mailed me also.the honesty of driver and the company staff were fantastic i will certainly use s c furniture again

I found Sc Furniture online when I was let down by 2 seperate well know sofa firms. Let down as in delivery dates pushed back again and again so much i gave up with them, one was a year plus and that's a huge well known firm.

Anyway so SC Furniture kept me in touch from start to finish, no hard selling just a nice family run business. Special thanks to Kitty @SC she was very helpful and told me my sofa would be a week late, only a week!! A very quick turn around from the say I ordered to delivery.
Great delivery driver team set the sofa set up in no time and the leather seems very good quality.

Just purchased beautiful 2 and 3 seater Chicago suite. What amazing company. Ordering was easy. Product is fab. Delivery was excellent. Really delighted with my purchase. Well done SC and thank you. Would recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish,My initial contact was with Kitty in the office her product knowledge & professional attitude gave me the confidence to place an order straight away , I then received an email with confirmation of my order & delivery date.The next stage was a polite call from their transport manager confirming he had seen a note on my order to deliver earlier if possible & would be able to fit my delivery in on the 9/9 and explained the driver would call before hand ,on the day of the delivery I was called 20 minutes before they arrived two lad then quickly and carefully unboxed and placed my new furniture in my front room.To sum up my experience with SC Furniture Ltd I would say a great product from a Polite, Professional and Courteous company.Thank You

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank Kitty & John at SC Furniture for providing an exceptionally high level of customer service. This was in addition to the high quality furniture I’d ordered & received in line with expectations.
I purchased 4 items of ‘Lisa’ wooden furniture, these were various-sized chests of drawers - all of which I was very pleased with.
Kitty & John were extremely helpful in both describing & explaining various aspects of the ‘Lisa’ range, such as wood-shades, which was of great assistance to me in attempting to obtain the nearest match to a fitted wardrobe already in place in the room being furnished.
I completely understood & accepted there would be no guarantees as to the actual wood colouring, however I was really happy with the outcome & Kitty & John’s willingness to help - together with their understanding of my situation making my dealings with SC Furniture an absolute pleasure & totally stress-free.
I would have no hesitation in recommending SC Furniture - not only for the standard of their furniture but also for their excellent customer care.

We bought a table & chairs back in April. A couple of weeks ago one of the chairs collapsed when my husband sat on it and he injured himself. I contacted SC Furniture straight away and within hours I had a reply with sincere apologies and they said they will speak to the suppliers to get a new chair sent to us asap. They also said they would see what they could do ref compensation as I had asked about this too.
Today I had a phone call from Kitty (SC furniture) to say a replacement chair will be sent to us by Courier soon and £40 gift voucher as a gesture of goodwill from SC furniture as compensation. I would recommend this company.

7 months ? For a sofa ? Rubbish company . No regrets going to a competitor after eventually getting money back. This company is terrible o

We received our furniture today, had email, text and phone call, communication first class, the delivery was made on time and the 2 lads Brad C & Ed BDC-009-499 were very polite and professional, nothing was too much trouble and our furniture was set up and everything explained to me. Great company from ordering to delivery well done SCS 👏👏👏

All the people I dealt with at this company were fantastic, from the guy in the shop (the director) who I talked to about the products and delivery options, the lady who called a couple of days before delivery to remind me and confirm details and the delivery guys who actually lugged my new sofa and armchair up the stairs this morning on the hottest day of the year so far.

As for the sofa and armchair, it's only day one, but I love them - they are perfect and really comfortable.

Fantastic salesman, purchased a corner leather sofa, with a 6 to 8 week delivery, which was actually 15 weeks! after a few weeks the sofa started to slope and became very uncomfortable, they eventually sent a repair team to inspect the problem, the company they sent were part of there warranty 3rd party establishment! They repaired the problem,unfortunately the repair failed! When I complained the repair had failed they sent the same team to inspect the problem, and they said the fault was out of warranty! Myself and family cannot sit on the faulty area of the sofa, absolute waste of money, the sofa was faulty, will be purchasing another sofa from a more reputable company, this one will be going to the local 5th of November Bonfire!

Purchased a new suite from these guys (CHICAGO Grey High Grade Leather 3 Seater + 2 Seater Recliner Sofas).

Delivery was a long wait, but in fairness we were told it would be upfront.

All aspects of the purchase were excellent from the initial visit to their store, help with selection, keeping us informed of progress and through to the actual delivery.

The sofas are great quality and importantly, they were a great price, they represent really good value for money.

The delivery was done by their own people rather than a courier and this was a real plus. They delivered it positioned it were we wanted, assembled it and tested it (including recliners) and removed all packaging.

Great job from a great company, cannot recommend these people highly enough. Good customer service is becoming more difficult to find these day, but SC Furniture really go the extra mile. Thanks guys.

Can honestly say they are the best company I have ever dealt with. Nothing is to much trouble, always went the extra mile to accommodate my needs. From office down to delivery drivers all so courteous and helpful. The furniture is lovely and real good value for money. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. *****
