Great I.T company, the team go above and beyond. The after care they provide especially when it comes to my mobile phone account is never any trouble to them no matter how long it takes for me to understand especially when they know I have cognitive problems. Couldn’t recommend this company enough.

He have had to deal with a number of issues recently, and each time Archie steps up to the plate to help out.
Even when it is something he may not know the answer to, he will take responsibility to either find out the answer himself, or find someone else that can.
And whilst Archie is our "go-to", there are obviously times when he is working on other things, and the rest of the team help out capably.

I rang up because we have a new flat and I did not understand how to connect the phone system or how to make it work. Matt helped me with both problems, he was very patient and called back to makesure it was al working. Excellent service, thank you

Matt showed great patience in getting me back on the internet. I have a very old Mac and he steered me through
various options so professionally and gave clear instructions. He has a great telephone voice and manner and I am extremely grateful to him for his help.

Easy onboarding, Gareth was helpful

I called SCG this morning because my internet went off. I’m pleased to say that within 2 hours the problem was fixed. Matthew called me from SCG and assured me that the service was back and apologised for the outage. I was impressed with the speed that my problem was dealt with and the efficiency/politeness that Matthew showed.

The support I received was given in a very patient, friendly and efficient way. My problem was resolved quickly and effectively and the person I spoke to was very professional and friendly
