Broken 1.2k euros laptop. No S&F customer service provided. Still problems with the laptop. No one cares.
I bought a 1.200 euros ASUS laptop at S&F, after a few months i feel like the sound is not working properly.
Scheer&Foppen dont even accept the laptop. It has to be sent to ASUS by me, who in return say there is no problem with the audio.
Go back to Scheer&Foppen to complain, all they can do is give a call to ASUS and they finally agree to accept the unit.
ASUS swap the unit for a repaired one (wait, did i pay for a repaired one?)
Swapped unit gives even worst problems than the first one.
Scheer&Foppen dont care to solve the problem. Asus will keep repairing or swapping for a refurbished (broken and repaired parts) one.
I know shops that will just accept the unit and give a new one in return...
Conclusion, S&F NEVER AGAIN!
Please show some respect and answer in English.
