I've used this company before as they offer the best school trousers at great prices. Once again, my experience was fantastic - quick delivery, really good quality trousers and well packaged. I highly recommend School Uniform Shop!

I have used this company to purchase white short sleeve school shirts , competitive price and quick delivery. Excellent quality , proper sizing and they wash repeatedly without becoming limp and keep the sharp white colour which makes the uniform always look smart. Exactly as described

The trousers are of a very high quality - the fabric is comfortable but tough and looks very smart. These are the only trousers my very picky son will wear … the cut is very comfortable for him. Delivery was prompt. Will be back for more school trousers as and when we need them. Thank you :)

Super efficient and prompt delivery. If you’re after three quarter length sleeve blouses and are struggling with the sleeves being too tight then this is your company. The sleeves are roomier so more comfortable for my daughter. My daughter is very tall so the usual companies don’t cater for her measurements. School uniform shop offer excellent quality and nice looking blouses too.

Happy with the ordering process and received quickly. Great to be able to get boys trousers in waist size and range or lengths. The loyalty points are really useful too. Just placing my second order and seen that I’d got £5 worth of points I could redeem which was a nice surprise!

UPD. Today, customer service called to apologise and offer a full refund with a discount for a future purchase. I am glad the shop is run by real people who really care.
Unfortunately, the case took me several nights to sort out for myself and deliver the findings to the shop's service, so I cannot say it was a positive purchasing experience, otherwise I would give 5 Stars for the quality of the goods delivered.
I'm grateful for your personal contact today. I hope that identical orders placed within minutes of each other will be handled with proper verification from now on.

Please make sure to check your accounts for double transactions - I was debited twice for the single purchase, the duplicate is recorded as paid and partially dispatched on my online account with the shop for 4 weeks - І placed one order for four items a month ago, but today discovered that there were two identical ones on my account and I had been charged twice.
I did receive the four items from my original order, but the duplicate order was never dispatched - and how could I possibly raise a concern about not receiving items I never ordered?
The products weren’t cheap but were acceptable for the price, though they’re definitely not worth paying double for. The delivery itself was a complete mess and required several emails and follow-ups. It's frustrating experience, to say the least.

Excellent customer service, I was very pleased with the response and how helpful they were. The quality of the school trousers is very good and I will definitely purchase again.

Super quick delivery, I applied a free delivery code from their website and even though it was standard delivery, it delivered the next day! The quality was pretty good and the price was lower than most retailers.

Excellent online uniform shop. Fast postage, and generous points reward system. Free postage often available too. I've spoken with customer service about difficulties in finding non-binary suitable trousers and hope this is something the uniform shops will embrace very soon.

Just went into PMG school wear in Poole, both the ladies milly & Louise were very helpful measuring my sons school wear, went the extra mile making sure he had the right sizes, I would highly recommend to anyone 😄

I'm really pleased with the quality of the trousers we received. Initially one of the pair sent was the wrong size, but they responded really quickly and sent out the correct size. Can't fault the customer service and will definitely be using them again.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when ordering from the school uniform shop as I’d never heard of them before, but I couldn’t find short sleeve school shirts anywhere else so I took a chance. I was very pleasantly surprised as the quality of the shirts were absolutely brilliant. The fit was great and my daughter is very pleased. The service and price was excellent too. I will definitely be ordering from here again. So glad I found this place.

Only found out about this shop when looking for school trousers without zips for someone who finds them hard to manage and these were perfect pull up no mither great material and made perfectly , in future this will be the uniform shop i will be telling others to use as some stores in local towns price way above peoples purse strings

Really great for tall skinny boys. Wish I'd found them earlier as struggled for years buying from NEXT & M&S, buying a big size for the length, only having to adjust the waist to make them fit. These trousers I can order the exact waist size and length for my son (now year 11). Great delivery time too.
