Same awful experience as others - 2 young people showed up, they didn't sweep the chimney at all but pointed out a supposed issue on the roof - went there for 5 min, asked for 400 eur to be paid on the spot, chimney left dirty. a total theft, never again
They are getting paid tons of money every f* year but customer service is useless. And also road quality is very bad. To much money has been stolen. Just take a look how much money they make. Where it goes?

With us unfortunately the same story as with all others - they came to clean the chimney and "discovered" there is some silver stuff coming down, so they strongly recommended we need a special "Rotorven / aspirotor" for EUR400, otherwise we would be in fire dager if we used our fire place... Two intimidating guys who have done their job in 15 min and wanted cash only. They have given us a "cado" of BTW and EUR39 for cleaning, so totally illegal as well - afterwards produced a fake receipt. Why Belastingdienst does not do anything with them??
