Dreadful company. Had to return a pair of shoes and they provided me with the wrong QR code twice and as they have not received the shoes they are refusing any responsibility or further help. Avoid!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered an item that I did not receive. When I started to look for the location of my goods, they said that they left it with a neighbor and that they do not take any responsibility. I asked to send a picture, they ignored my request. You sent a delivery history where neither the street nor the apartment is specified, only the district. Not even a zip code.
Shame on the Shuh company.

I’d give it a -5 if could, I tried the shoes and had to wear them around to make sure they suited me but I came to the conclusion they’re not right for me I returned them. Got a call to say you can’t return them as it’s used, well how else m I meant to check their suitability without trying them out. Worst customer service and product sold and bought by me. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I returned my order as they sent me the wrong sizes. two weeks later, no refund. Chased it up on live chat who said they would investigate. Another week passes and they come back to me to say the return was not sucessfully delivered to them so no refund is due. An absolute shambles. Tracking says it's gone back to them, proof of receipt, everything. Absolute scam of a company. Do no purchase antyhing if you don't want to risk your return going missing and you having to foot the bill!

I ordered a pair of Doc Martens, they were dispatched in good time and I followed the tracking which shows that they’ve been stuck in Edinburgh since the 27th July. I contacted Schuh who’ve told me that the delivery company have to “locate” my order before I can have a refund. I keep being told they’ll have an update for me in a “few days” and I’ve been waiting and waiting and waiting….

I’ve shopped at Schuh several times before and never had an issue but I will avoid them from now on. That’s even IF I get my money back and I’m not very hopeful of that.

Awful customer service, sent back shoes because they were massive for a 6 and were a weird shape that didn’t conform to the foot at all, not only did I have to pay delivery but they also took another £3.00 off when I returned them.

When you return the entirely of an order you are entitled BY LAW! To a FULL refund! This is basic common knowledge, however schush have just decided to ignore my emails!

So unprofessional, never will I use their website again! And I will get that money back, through my bank! I will also be reporting you to trading standards

Visited the store at Peterborough today to return an order I placed for my 9 year old daughter. Unfortunately the sandals I purchased were not the right width for my daughter so both pairs didn’t fit. When I went into the store I was referred to the manager who was extremely rude to me. He was annoyed that I was returning both pairs and assumed I wanted an exchange. I replied with no I would like a refund please. He then went onto say that that’s what happens when you order online and can’t try the shoes on but in a very rude and abrupt manner like I was being reprimanded! I’m a 40 year old woman not a child! I was made to feel bad for making a return when this is a consumer right! Absolutely shocking behaviour from a manager. The lady who put through my return was very friendly and I felt for her having a manager like that. I did query if I would get the postage back as I was returning the whole order she asked her manager he then was rude to me for a second time his words were absolutely not it was your choice to have them delivered this was in the same abrupt tone as before! I will never set foot in that store again and will tell everyone I know to steer clear of this company absolutely disgusting customer service! Steer clear go next door to office!

Delivery 3 days late. Have received no updates. Website awful very poorly designed, surprised with such a large company. I won't be using them again too much stress. Have emailed the customer service team hopefully get sorted soon.

Customer service was immaculate and helped me find exactly what I needed.

When returning my items to Schuh, I made a mistake and put the wrong parcel in the parcel locker. The customer service representatives at Schuh have gone out of their way to try and sort this out for me and have been incredibly kind and patient. I can not thank them enough. You find out how good a company is when something goes wrong. Thank you.

Bought a pair of trainers from the Bluewater store in Kent and served by a lovely lady called Debbie. Every shop needs a Debbie!!! She was so so helpful and very efficient. Even my children said how good she was.

I was looking for a pair of Toms. There is a limited stock in the MK store but the customer service was excellent. Kate ensured I was happy and brought out a few colours and sizes. She was very personable and extremely helpful. I took my time making a decision and she displayed empathy and patience. I am delighted with my shoes and the service I received.

Great service with the manager allocating staff to customers efficiently. Busy shop but we didnt have to wait long. The assistant measured my daughter’s feet with a smile and great manner. She explained the fitting and checked the shoes. Great service from start to finish

I ordered some sandals from Schuh, was really excited when they arrived only to open the box and find them all floppy, a strap missing and someone’s foot prints inside them. I’ve contacted their customer service but they were not able to advise how I can send back their second hand item without paying for a courier - absolutely disgusting. I will never buy from here again, if I wanted second hand shoes I would have gone to a charity shop. AMENDMENT: customer service got back to me and they’re arranging for a new pair to be sent, I still won’t be returning as a customer but wanted to be reasonable so I updated this review.

Would give zero if I could , I recently purchased goldenstar uggs, I received an unbranded pair of what was similar to the Tasman's , but unbranded. I contacted Schuh with photos , was advised to send back, which I did , I was refunded, now they are sending back the wrong items and demanding payment. As they said this couldn't have been sent from them due to them not stocking the item, and thorough checks are made, I have now looked on her and seen others have had similar issues . Absolutely will never ever shop at Schuh ever again , the way I have been treated is disgusting. I have requested evidence that the correct shoes were sent , which they can't provide. But I as the customer who did provide evidence is being treated unfairly. AVOID AVOID AVOID . Also my refund was processed after the stringent checks were made, so how thorough are these checks , if they have contacted days later to try and dispute this .

Took uggs back to Westfield store today for refund due to not suitable for me. The young lady who served me was top of her game in customer service so friendly and helpful. Her name was Jolley thank you so much.

Ordered a pair of trainers which were meant to be a Christmas present on 11th December. It’s now 23rd December and the parcel is still with Evri and has been with them since 12 December. I’ve not got a chance of ever receiving these as Evri seem to lose every parcel that is supposed to come to me! I’ve tried contacting Schuh on several occasions but haven’t got a reply.
I will never use this company again, it’s disgusting that they use a company such as Evri in the first place, they are notoriously unreliable. And Schuh’s customer service is equally as rubbish.

Excellent customer service - last night I ordered some boots on-line. When I went to Apple Pay confirmation, it completed & added a random delivery address I had used years ago.. obviously I went into panic mode thinking I had just lost £155.. customer service was closed .. I cancelled by e-mail/what’s-app/Facebook messenger.. (obviously very stressed,as you can attain) .. They e-mailed me @ 08:12 to inform me it had been cancelled.. So very efficient, despite auto re-ply last night informing me of delays..😊Happy !!

If I could give negative stars I would. My order finally arrived - a week late with no tracking info and the box absolutely battered to oblivion. Shoes inside were worn with all the laces tugged out...not to mention the parcel itself was taped up with brown tape and some human hair as if I recieved someones returns?? Schuh obviously denies that the item left their warehouse in such a state and offered a partial discount. I would steer clear. I've never recieved an item in such a state... not even when Evri delivers and that says ALOT. Merry xmas to me and mine I guess.
