It took months to even get a response to an issue I had with their products. Then when I responded to their request for further details, I heard nothing. Almost one month after not even the courtesy of a response. Congratulations to for such a rubbish experience with your company.

SCJohnson Glade 400 gr air freshener. No matter how vigourously the can was shaken, the product continues to leave the nozzle in a stream rather than an atomized mist. It leaves patches of product on any hard surfces nearby.

Just wanted to leave a review on your Raid Light Trap but it's almost impossible to find the stupid thing on a website that is worthwhile. So straight to the top, it's the most useless thing I have ever purchased. You go to bed with a kitchen full of flying bugs and wake up in the morning with no bugs in the trap. It's not even good as a night light.

iv paid for 3 of these bottles costing me over 40$ to find it LEAVES MORE ALIVE THAN DEAD, or it knocks them out only for 5 mins or so then they get up again (observing ) i want my money reimbursed im NOT IMPRESSED TOTAL WAST OF MONEY!

I am very unsatisfied with your Glade Air freshener. The new "no shake" cans don't disperse the product. I have one can, that is 1/2 full, and I can't get any "freshener" out! Please go back to the old cans. Let us shake them, it helps with aggression!

I'm assuming this is the same company that makes RAID fly killers non killable and has the cheek to lable it "rapid action" and "kills flying insects in seconds" which is completely FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I'm surprised this company hasn't been fined or that they haven't requested a recall on their spay raid products.

They definitely changed the chemicals ingredients on their products since selling a long while back.

I'm fact the red one used to kill flys in seconds, where the blue spray took about 5-10 minutes.

Now, none of the red and blue work. No doubt they'll sayll bugs bring up an immunity towards it. No. That's a lie. You guys have actually your once popular product that no longer works because you changed chemical ingredients.

We know a certain pesticide you guys used is no longer legal and can be used in your products.

But stop falsely adverting it. It does not kill in seconds, it doesn't even kill. Whoever approved the product stating it works, should not be working at your company. I personally if running things would fire those responsible.

Why is it all these machines that you supply for air fresheners always break down and you replace them with a refill? Do you do this to make us buy it again? Is there an inbuilt flaw?

I PHONED 11 TIMES TODAY, I GOT THROUGH TWICE, ONCE I HAD TO END THE CALL WITH ARON! I bought an aerosol can of Raid fly kill and found it to be completely ineffective. It did not kill a single fly.

I bought Raid fly and wasp spray, blue can, paid a fortune for the can and it is absolutely useless! It hasn't killed one fly in my house and the spray is white, lands all over my windows and surfaces! Awful. Waste of money.

I write this review about many issues I have with SC Johnson. The first is that any of their products are use with still half a bottle left for example scrubbing bubbles the spray stops working, which forces you to waste product, pouring it over your tub to try to clean your bathroom, what a way for them to come up with a plan to increase their sales. Have people pour out their bottles because none of their sprays work. I read a number of other reviews on this site and it sounds like it’s the same for their bug spray and many other sprays. I’m so tired of their spray nozzles that I will not buy the product again
Now and even more importantly, they tote themselves to be leaders in the saving the world from plastics. The above experience, I had actually worked to increase the number of products because I can only use half of my container, and then the rest is poured out in a very wasteful fashion, which makes me buy more cleaning product and create more plastic problem in the world. They’re getting all these awards and they use this for positive PR for the world that they’re solving the plastics in the ocean projects and have pictures of all their great work they’re doing but truly what have they done to reduce the use of plastic they’re bottles are the ones they’re pulling from the ocean. It is actually their responsibility they shouldn’t get awards for it or be praised for their efforts when they are the cause of it. They also bought a Ziploc, which is a single use plastics problem that has made plastics in the world increase as they produce more and more throwaway plastics supposedly the saying they’re trying to save the world from… why not start with their company figuring out a way to reduce plastics maybe find a spray bottle that actually works so that you’re not making people buy more and more plastic bottles with faulty spray, so that your product profit increases. H. Fisk Johnson III was quoted, saying “ We do what's right for people and the planet because we believe we have a larger purpose.”
Take a look in the mirror H Fisk. Your largest & only purpose looks to me to be processed. You have done nothing internally in your company that produces plastic products to reduce how people consume your product. Have you changed your packaging to a cardboard wax covered box perhaps that is refillable or anything like that you have done nothing except come up with ways to make your spray nozzles incompetent so that you can double the product sold because it only works half the time. Brilliant from a profit standpoint, but very sad for our world are oceans and for the suckers that believe your sad, PR joke of a program that is, pretending to save the world from the evil enemy, which is you!!
Very sad, selfish and containing such a lie of an agenda. It’s shocking that the world believes what you’re putting out to them. I will no longer support you by the purchase of your products or your “blue paradox” hoax. There is no goodwill here you are the creators of this problem you are profiting by increasing this problem and you think you should be praised for this blue paradox Crap that is barely able to solve what you have created. It should not be in the giving category, but rather in that it’s your responsibility category. It’s unfortunate that most people don’t research a little farther to see the truth behind things like this program that you’re getting all this PR from very very sad I see you and I see exactly what you’re doing!! You should be ashamed! You should be the generation that stops what the last four generations of your family has created to destroy our planet. It’s unfortunate that you wasted another generation. I don’t hold much hope for the next Johnson generation either from what I’ve seen.

Have been using Scrubbing Bubbles for quite a while but recently, noticed a big difference in quality of product. Spray pattern very erratic and not consistent. Soap does NOT clean and suds disappear really fast. Used to be a good product but really disappointed now. BTW, tried to make this complaint on their web site and filled in ALL the starred blanks but would not let me send. Worthless complaint site!

Although the product is effective, the latest top on the can is absolutely useless compared to the old top. They constantly leak over your hand and drip onto the floor. Get it sorted Johnson.

I had defective glade automatic refills and they reimbursed me for them plus sent me awesome coupons.!
You can trust them and their product line.

Raid Fly Spray. It's useless. You have to unload a can on flies and watch them take 20 minutes to die. Is there a zero star options....?

They won't care, they wont refund you, they wont do anything as they are too big to care. Just buy another insect spray product.

I will never purchase their products again. I just bought a 'five pack' of scented bottles for THEIR diffuser and they don't fit. They must have changed either the bottle size OR made a new diffuser. NO MATTER, I'm done with them. I tried their website but it only acknowledges the U.SA. not Canada. I'm done.

Recently bought some neutral shoe polish used it on my motorcycle boots it basically ruined them left a white residue on the boots contacted customer service was asked to send pictures of boots and pictures of the polish tin had nothing back since considering taking legal action against them
