Ok experience. I don’t like the fact they have a $100 maximum withdrawal. I lost $157 cause I couldn’t withdraw it. I was only able to withdraw $100.

Quick wins which was awesome…. Only downside is the redemption process takes a little longer than other casinos, after you’re already verified they ask you to confirm your details again, other than that, I enjoyed the overall playing experience.

There are things that are good and bad definitely the part says in most cases the redemption is instant and in rare cases may take up to 24 hrs but that’s definitely not true cause I’ve been waiting over 24hrs and haven’t recieved my redemption, they do answer emails somewhat promptly I’d say though it’s a solid platform other than the redemption process needs some work in that area though I was scepitical to play on here cause I play daily on many platforms and a handful of them I’ve never even cashed out and bought pack after pack this was my first time actually having a good run on the scoop platform and I was able to redeem first run which is good though I will play again on here but obviously if I’m not needing the money instantly though I’m sure along the way improvements could come along so I’m not knocking scoop casino just giving my genuine feedback cause like I said it’s mostly solid platform unlike some the others… so I’d give it a spin today.

Be careful of this site. I put lots of money into it and as soon as I went to redeem I was told I had duplicate accounts. How is that even possible when they use face recognition to verify. Even sent the email that was used, which wasn’t mine. They allowed me to make purchases but somehow didn’t catch it until I wanted to redeem…hmmm!!??!??? Then nobody responded to me after that.

Complete scam. Won't pay out and disabled my account. When I asked why they said because my account was "connected" to 8 other accounts and I was breaking ToS even though I only ever made one account with them. Won't process my withdrawal, will be filing a charge back with my credit card. SCAM!!!!!!!
