How is this company still in operation!?
And why has it got 3 stars!??
Should be 1 and that's only because we have to give 1.
I ordered my 3 year old a paw patrol bike beginning of Sept was supposed to be delivered 28,29th Sep.
No word from them at all, no bike and no refund. Its now 18th October.
Their phone lines are always closed, before that it rang out for 20min. There's never a response when you email them.
Please please do not order from them.
If only there was Google able review for them to stop this happening to other people.
Should hang your heads in shame.

It wasn’t even dispatched by then so I cancelled as needed one quickly for my sons birthday, 9 working days later and no refund, contacted Amazon pay and they said the order hasn’t even been refunded!! Tried to call the company today and voicemail says they are closed even though website says they should be open. Would not recommend!

I bought a scooter of this company

I bought a scooter of this company. Which took eight days to get to me on a forty eight hour service. I got zero correspondence with them. I had to ring them twice just to find out what was happening. When the electric scooter arrived it was faulty. The handlebars are not right they move. I would normally send the product back but I'm just going to buy new handlebars. It's missing screws nothing will tighten on the handlebars as well.
