I brought a GOGOBEST GF 700 from Pogocycles online and the battery and maybe a speed controller failed on the second day, so POGOCYCLES left me in the lurch.I only got futile e-mail replies and STATIC from them.So I cycled down to Scootfixx and traded the GF700 in for another model, I brought them a better battery also for the GF700 so a good outcome, these guys are Brilliant and helpful, and I hope they sold the GF700 at a profit because they deserve it!!!or even keep for themselves to ride OFF ROAD.Many thanx guys, keep up the GOOD WORK> :) Rob

Dropped off my scooter at 12 today with a fault and was fixed by 2pm. Top service Mike and Lee really friendly and know their stuff. Highly recommended, will definitely use them again.

These guys are fantastic. After being told by many bike shops that my ebike was unrepairable due to unavailable parts, these guys said, bring it in, we'll have a look. 24 hours later it was fixed and working brilliantly. And it only cost me £35! If your bike needs repairing, wether it's a normal bike or an ebike, give these guys a shout. They won't be beaten.

I took my e-bike in today with what I thought just needed a brake adjustment and thank goodness I took it in as the last place I took it messed it all up and left it in an unsafe condition . Thank you to Scootfixx for making my bike safe and rideable . You guys are great . I won’t be going anywhere else now .
