Very good service when ordering in shop....my bark arrived bang on time.....looks and feels like good quality product.
Will use them again,next time I need a ton of play bark

Excellent customer service from this company, due to having 3 autistic children 9year old and under we have had bad experiences n the past with bulk bags dumped in middle of driveway, leaving an insecure front garden.
General manager Mick went out of his way to contact me. (We had left a note in delivery section to spot them in marked out areas on front drive)
He arranged for 4 x bulk bags load to be split into small sacks and the delivery driver delivered them to our BACK garden stacked neatly ordered and delivered within 2 days. Above and beyond will use them again in future 100%

Very little bark and a lot of wood slivers. Grade size much larger than 12-35 mm quoted.

We asked advise from the team and they responed quickly. We placed the order at lunchtime and it was with us the next day. The delivery team were very helpful, asked where we wanted the many bags placed and carried all the bags up the steps beside the front door for us. Excellent product, excellent customer service. We would recommend them highly.

Very good advice given to me when I contacted the office re ordering suitable bark for my needs.
First order arrived the very next morning (up North) and the driver was so helpful carrying the bags of bark (45) and placing them appropriately around the garden.
I required more so ordered on Thursday am at 10.30,delivery arrived at 1.30pm same day.

Delighted that our composted bark order arrived so quickly. Driver good humoured although he had to back down a narrow road from the delivery location as his lorry was very large. Product nice and clean, has fine texture throughout and looks and smells good, though I am not at expert!
