SCAM SITE

Sounded really food on the radio ads..That is as far as it goes. You can not do a single thing unless you pay a sh!t load of money,l including viewing photos of who you are speaking to. I am not THAT desperate to find love that i am willing to pay £50 a month. I het that companies like to make money out of vulnerable
Single lonely people but this is disgraceful. The site is full scammers from all over so not sure why it is called Scots go dating? Perhaps it should be called Scammers go scamming. Still trying to find a way to delete my account. My advise to anyone thinking of signing up is don't!!

UTTER SCAMMERS

Utter scam stay well away folks I paid for my subscription which was advertised at £15 per month for 6 months so I was expecting the first payment of £15 to leave my bank account. I thought well if its no good I can cancel. Not the case They swiped £89.99 straight out my account . I then discovered it is no more than a site full of adverts for sex workers who try to con people. . Within minutes of my full membership I got a call from my bank asking if I had used the Apple store as one of my transactions looked suspicious. I then decided to cancel the membership ,because the bank had to stop my card and issue me with a new one. I tried contacting the websites customer services and it said you are not allowed to cancel for 48 hours. Funny that isnt it? just enough time for them to get their scamming hands on your hard earned . So now cancelled only to find out they keep your money and dont provide a customers service . KEEP well CLEAR

Forcing ads every click

Forcing ads every click, you can't even read messages without being forced to pay for a service that has several bots message you repeatedly, leave it long enough and you'll start to see the same messages from "different" people. It's a shameful exploit of people looking to make connections through the net with predatory monetization at every turn.

DO NOT USE !

Signed up didn’t use the account as could not work it out. Contacted them to refund the £89 they took as it was working 14 days since the payment was taken and therefore I was within my legal right to a full refund. They would only refund part of the payment as in there words I logged in so used the account. After setting it up I only logged in to contact them for the refund.
They are just a bunch of scammers! Take your money and don’t care about the law !

Scam site

Scam site, full of fake profiles and likely automated bots trying to entice you to engage with them.

DO NOT PAY to become a premium member. Not only will you pay for nothing back - it is expensive for what it is.

Very poorly managed site, primitive layout and obviously zero security protocols.

Avoid.

This site is very poorly operated

This site is very poorly operated, multiple fake profiles every day, I contacted customer support wanting a refund but didnt get anywhere, they are happy with their measures in place to stop the fake accounts even though the evidence is clear that they are failing. This site is not fit for purpose nor in my opinion safe for people to use.

Scam site

Scam site, advertised on local radio stations (Radio Clyde etc). Fake profiles etc. Profiles Pictures are really old photos stolen from somewhere and looking at them most of them are pictures of American women (can tell with the background of the photos(electrical outlets or whatever)). Just a scam to get you to sign up for premium membership.

Poor, too many fakes, scammers, expensive

I heard this advertised on the Bauer Radio Network of stations, think Clyde 1, 2, Forth 1, 2, Tay 1, 2.
I recently joined and within minutes I was being spammed by those saying they want to meet me, none of their profile completed and providing email addresses in the subject line.
As the other reviewer has said, you have an inbox but cannot send or reply without paying for membership which compared to many other popular better run dating sites is really expensive.
I also noticed, there seems to be almost no one under 40ish.
Not worth your time in joining in my opinion.
Better going to eharmony or well established and well run dating app/website for far better quality experience.

SCAM WEBSITE!!!

This site advertises on Radio Clyde very often and talks about signing up for free and sounds trustworthy.

Yes, you can sign up for free and create your profile but you literally cannot use the site at all without paying.

You can't read or send messages or like other users or anything.
So I signed up using the promo of 3 days for £1.99 and then if I stayed on they would auto renew for £120 for 6 months, which is extortionate.

After two days on the site I knew it was useless and was going to cancel my trial as there are no users under 40/50 active on the site.

What I found was that despite saying I could cancel the trial, this was a total lie and it was impossible for me to cancel.

Of course they have instructions on how to cancel but when you follow those instructions it leads you to a page where there is no option to cancel.

See, the scam is that it only let's you physically cancel once you are a full subscriber and you have paid your £120. You can then cancel to stop a further £120 coming out 6 months later, but you must still pay the original amount and you are forced by the website to auto renew after the trial period, despite telling me in the sign up and in the terms conditions that I could cancel any time as of course it was a trial, that is the whole point of a 3 day trial period.

I have documented pictures and videos of the website as proof that it would not let me cancel.

I even emailed Venntro, the site that runs it to make it clear I wanted to cancel, yet they ignored this and tried to take the money anyway.

Fortunately, I had contacted my bank before the money had been taken to make them aware of the situation so they declined the payment.

Do not use this site unless you want scammed out of £120.

Shame on Radio Clyde for promoting these scam artists!!!
