Demi and Alana are a brilliant team! From the moment I arrived at Scott Arms Dental Practice, I felt completely at ease in their care. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly reassuring throughout my visit. Both took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped me feel comfortable and informed. I called for an emergency appointment at 9am and I was seen just over 2 hours later by Dr Nikki Gallagher and her team who were amazing. Nikki was professional, kind and made me feel at ease. I am really pleased with the outcome of my appointment today. Highly recommend Dr Nikki Gallagher. All the staff were very friendly 😃

I was able to get an emergency dental…
I was able to get an emergency dental appointment quickly and was even offered alternative time slots, which was really helpful. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and polite. The dentist I saw was empathetic, efficient, took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel at ease throughout the visit. I would definitely recommend this practice to others.

I had Dr Demi Patel as an emergency appointment, she was absolutely amazing as well as her assistant, I didn’t manage to catch her name. I have never had a dentist like her. The receptionists were also amazing, they were very helpful and friendly. Also such a calm environment. This experience has actually made me question going private and keeping this dental surgery as my go to rather than being on the NHS at a different dental practice. I have no complaints what so ever. Thank you all for your help, it was seriously appreciated by me and my girlfriend :)x

Emergency tooth extraction
I can’t remember the dentists name, but I am a very anxious patient and usually have any work done under sedation how ever I was in severe tooth pain which I had two weeks earlier antibiotics was given and went away however it came back, so booked a emergency appointment here. he was very reassuring and gentle as can be, I explained it’s the needles what I am scared off due to past experiences he made me feel at ease and so did the dental nurse. He gave me option of more antibiotics but that day I had worked myself up to have this tooth out so I just went for it and so glad I did so now I will go back to my normal dentist and have the work I need doing without the long weight for referral for sedation. Thank you so much. Highly recommend for emergency dentist
