I'd give a zero if it were possible
I'd give a zero if it were possible. Quality of product is dreadful. Total rip off. Strongly advise against ordering from them.

I'm only giving one star because I can't give zero. I received a very cheap looking duvet cover which was the wrong colour anyway. They asked me to return it which I did but despite many emails nothing has happened. They are an awful company to deal with and I would tell everyone to steer clear of them
SCAM! This company keeps stealing my images and company name - Please don't think this is the real ScotClans in Edinburgh.
They are using images without my permission. Even ones of me kilt making.
They also go under another scam website called tartanplaid.co
Both scottishclans.co and tartanplaid.co have the same non-physical mailing address of 16192 Coastal Highway Lewes DE 19958 United States.
Complete GARBAGE!!!!! I sure wish I saw these reviews before I literally threw over $100.00 away. The product is trash and as an added bonus, it came damaged. When I followed their refund policy, including photos of the damaged product, they told me that I could simply fix it on my own, and there would be no refund.
I placed an order on February 20 and I have still not received it on April 3. I have contacted the company several times and they have been telling me since March 9 that I should receive it in a few days. They already took my money so I guess I was scammed. Check for tartan products on Amazon. There are some the same and others similar at lower prices.
ABSOLUTE SCAM! Do NOT buy from them. They will deduct your money and then lie to you repeatedly about where your item is. Don't buy unless you want horrible customer support give your money away without getting an item delivered or any assurance that you might receive it.
I ordered from 1st Ireland but my PayPal has this as the seller so I thought I'd post this here too since it seems to be the same company. They will give you the run around - I waited 45 days before reaching out on shipping info although their site said ships in 2-14 days. They said it was getting ready to ship and they would send me shipping info. Waited another 2 weeks, contacted again - was then told it must have gotten lost. They would ship new item - a week later I asked for update stating I was worried since their reviews online aren't so great. I got a response that my item didn't pass quality control and they refunded me. Which tells me over 60 days have passed and they have not shipped my item at all.
