POOR SERVICET ALL ROUND

The pull out leaf table too 4months to arrive after many missed delivery dates. When it arrived the delivery people rang my bell to check if I was in, I am disabled and answered, they then didnt appear and I only learned from other residents that they had left it in the public foyer of our small block of flats. I live on the first floor, there is a lift, however it cost me more money that I can ill afford to get someone to bring it up to my flat.

Item STILL not received

Wish I’d checked the company out here before placing my order. Ordered in early December for 2-week delivery which was missed. New date a month later came and went. Now being told late February.

I’ve requested a full refund. Poor customer service - you cannot get a response via email or via phone. AVOID!!!

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service. Been waiting over 3 Months for order and still not arrived.No reply to emails sent and no answer after been on hold for 30
minutes with Customer services. When ever the parcel is set to arrive the date gets extended another 10days with no explanation.Ive lost count how many times this has happened.Having delt with many overseas suppliers this last year where its been understandable if items are a few weeks late, this is the only company that does not and has not delivered. How are these still trading?. It would come as no suprise if this company became the centre of a Television documentary about poor trading.I would ask for a refund if contact was possible.

I ordered a tweed poncho for my wife’s Christmas present it arrived just in time I opened it to see if it looked as good as advertised my wife tried it on as it touched her black trousers all the faux fur started to stick to the trousers what a load of c—-p tried loads of times to get it collected phone lines message every time so busy taking orders etc Post office won’t take because not enough info on returns label though I followed the directions correctly SCAM

Dimplex is a good company so why are…

Dimplex is a good company so why are they allowing distribution through Scotts and Co? My mother ordered and paid for an electric Optiflame stove late in November and has now been sent a letter saying that it will not be delivered until mid-February 2021. Three months' delay is NOT acceptable. I found the same item £80 cheaper and will have it on Wednesday 6th December. Please everybody before buying from this company look for another supplier for the item you want. We shall try to cancel the order and get the money back....

I placed an order online on 13th July. Still waiting.

I placed an order online on 13th July and still not received it or had any correspondence from the company despite my using ‘track my package’ and sending emails. I’ve only received automated replies saying they would be in touch, but this has not happened. I appreciate there are still delays due to Covid but 5 weeks without correspondence is not acceptable as a delay, it’s just poor customer service.

I am having really bad issues with this…

I am having really bad issues with this company, bought two walking canes for my father, one was fine other was faulty. Emailed them said they would arrange to have the faulty one picked up. The courier has never arrived twice, now emails ignored. We will have to try and get a replacement yet again as my father cannot use just one cane. So frustrating! Beware using this company, poor customer care.

Dreadful

Do not, under any circumstances, purchase anything from this company. An item I ordered arrived badly damaged, with the box battered and ripped. I was given a day when it would be picked up by a courier and returned and allegedly replaced. The courier failed to show up. Several lengthy phone calls later ( one spent on the phone waiting for an answer for 20 minutes) an alternative date was arranged for a courier pick up. Again, the courier failed to arrive. The customer service is frankly appalling and it's a mystery as to how this company remains trading. Avoid at all costs.

Should I be surprised?I bought, been charged and paid for 2 items , almost one month ago.( was sent an order confirmation for that order from another company name. One order has been filled: no sign of the other and a don't call us we'll call you fob off reply to my second e-mailed query. I have just written a complaint concerning another company which as it turns out appears to be connected to the other two. Poor customer service would be a mild description of my dissatisfaction. Just re-fund my money for the missing never delivered order please! And no need to send me any more catalogues I won't be buying from any of your companies again!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!

I ordered an item on the 29th July and was advised that it would be delivered on the 13th August - I telephoned them a few days after this as it failed to arrive and was told someone would get back to me. No-one did. I followed this up with an email and just received an automated reply. I emailed again, same response, nothing. I then telephoned them again only to be told that my order had been cancelled on day one as they could not fulfil the order, despite the item being advertised for sale on their website. Their customer service is absolutely appalling in my experience and the woman on the phone was most objectionable, in fact downright rude, especially given the ineptitude I had been subject to. If only I had read their other reviews here first, which I strongly suggest you do, then I would have saved myself literally hours of work trying to establish what had happened. I find it shocking that they treat customers this way quite frankly and I shall definitely be avoiding them in the future.

The Original Gift Company+Scotts and Co, poor service or scam?

Ordered two rfid skimguard cards from the original gift company on an express delivery, on the expected day of delivery received an email advising of delays but no expected delivery times tried phoning to cancel the order spent 28 mins in a phone queue and no response! Emailed the Original Gift Company and received an automated reply from Scotts and Co (guessing they are a parent company?) saying may take up to five working days to get a response, very unhappy with the operation and service todate not sure if it's a scam or just very poor service. I will update this review for future customers.

Don't order!

I ordered a black door canopy via a newsapaper, I was sent a white one, as they didn't have the black one, I didn't want white that was why I ordered black! They said it would be collected within 2 days no one turned up to collect it, after waiting 15 minutes for them to answer the phone I was told it would be another 2 days until it was collected and the item wouldn't be available for another month, the whole customer service is a joke!

Took order, didn't deliver

My wife ordered a hat on the 2nd December (a Christmas gift for her auntie). It hadn't arrived by the 15th. We emailed, but no reply. We then called on 19th and was told we would definitely receive the item by 23rd. It never arrived. However, we got a letter on Christmas Day saying they were cancelling the order as it was out of stock. Annoyingly the letter was dated 20th of December, why they couldn't have emailed us (so we could find a replacement elsewhere), I do not know.
