Paid for express delivery, it’s been a week and there’s no sign of our order and no response to my attempts to contact the shop for help in locating it. No communication from the alleged logistics company, left out of pocket without a uniform. I would not recommend, seek another Scout uniform provider.
I have ordered from The Scout and Guide Shop many times and never had any issues. They are always fast and reliable. Today I received my latest order but spotted a mistake in the badges I received. One of the badges I received was a Sailing Level 1 badge, not the Sailing Level 2 badge I ordered. Within an hour of me spotting this, The Scout and Guide Shop had replied to me and put the correct badge in the post to me. To most people a 2-3mm high, pale blue number 2 on the bottom of a badge makes very little difference, but The Scout and Guide Shop know that to the young person who has worked hard to earn their new badge, that number 2 means the world. This level of understanding and customer service means I will be returning back to order from them time and time again. Thank you!
