One of my pot lids had turned rusty after a couple of months. With a lifetime guarantee, I contacted Scoville direct and attached photos of the damaged lid. I got a new one sent out to me.

***DO NOT PURCHASE***
I bought these pans a few years ago after upgrading to an induction hob. Unfortunately, one of the milk pans developed a serious fault: the induction plate detached during use, which caused uneven heat distribution. As a result, my hob cracked and was left with a permanent burn mark that could not be removed. Cost incurred new hob and electrician.
The product is advertised with a lifetime warranty, so I contacted the company and provided proof of purchase along with all requested photographs and details. However, my experience with their customer service was very disappointing. Despite supplying the necessary evidence, my claim was not honoured. Instead, I was repeatedly asked for additional information and given various reasons to delay or decline the warranty service.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product or the after-sales support.

Absolutely fantastic. I’ve had my frying pans for 6 months and the larger one developed ann issue with the handle. A quick email to Scoville and this was picked up and put right. A new one was sent to me - no fuss, no quibble and no delay. Thanks Scoville this was excellent customer service that went above and beyond.

Purchased 2 roasting tins from Amazon quite a while ago. I did contact scoville on 2 occasions regarding food burning/ overcooking in the roasting tins. I never mentioned a refund, I asked for advice on both occasions. Never had a reply from the second email sent this year. The tins have a great non stick quality but everything I have ever cooked in them burns on the surface that has contact with the tins. This happens even when I reduce the oven temperature considerably, there is nothing wrong with the oven thermostat. Given up on trying to roast successfully in them, so they are going to the charity shop Bought replacement roasting tins from Sainsbury's range two weeks ago. Such a shame as the non stick quality was very good but extremely fed up of eating food which is burnt/ overcooked on the bottom. I have read other reviews regarding the same problem.

Products are great for the price. I also had a quality issue with one of the pots, they have responded to explain that they will replace it. I have not yet recieved the replacement of notification when it will be delivered. This was 4 days ago. - Updated replacement pot recieved. A frictionless process. time from support ticket created to resolved was 16 days.

Shocking experience. Lifetime warranty is a false claim. I’ve followed the care guidelines of their pans very carefully and not used high heat to cook. They have come back from the warranty claim saying I have cooked on the pan on too high of a heat and they won’t cover me under the warranty. I have several pots & pans from Scoville which haven’t had the same issue as the 30cm pan which hasn’t even lasted a year. Poor product and wouldn’t recommend.
Update - emailed on the 30th of April as soon as they responded to my review. Chased today on the 6th just to be told I haven’t used the pan correctly and basically calling me a liar again. Stay well away from these pots and pans and buy something that will last the test of time.

After wanting some Scoville pans for ages, I have just bought some today from Asda in sale. I read tips on first use & washed them through first with warm soapy water, dried well then after a few hours decided to try one out..what a disappointment.. I cooked rice pudding as I normally do in saucepan only for it to stick at the bottom. I've managed to get the pan clean by scraping the bottom off with my nails. I will give the pans a end chance but will return if it happens again.

Like Juliet who had similarly reviewed, I had also been using one of their frying pans (endurance neverstick) and one of the metal studs exploded off of it and landed on the kitchen floor (fortunately not my face like her).
I have already sent an email to the company giving more detail, but felt it beneficial to log more experiences.
Scoville claimed that quality control would look into this immediately back then, but seemingly not if this same problem is still existing 4 years later. They seem to have issues with product exploding under heat which seems counter-intuitive to what they are designed for. Extremely dangerous. Would wholly avoid their products altogether - it's just not worth risking any potential injury/damage.

Scoville pans are absolutely brilliant. I have nearly all the sets now . So easy to clean none stick . I had a problem with one of my pans n the customer service was outstanding. I would definitely recommend these pans

After 8 years of light use and careful cleaning and use with them they are now truely not 'non-stick', unless you use lots of oil. I always use gentil cleaning tools and detergents; always plastic utensils. I will go get a new full set from Ikea as their frying pan i have is still perfect in that time.
Edit: Another pointless response from a company on here. Do you honestly think i have a receipt from 8 years ago for a pan set?!

After about 3/4 months of owning 2 of these pans I noticed black bits in my omelettes etc.. yes the coating was peeling off.. goodness knows how much I’ve ingested! The pans have also ruined the grates on my Range master cooker … not happy at all

My order was 'forgotten'. It was only processed after I contacted the firm - 10 days later - to query its whereabouts.

The products themselves are good quality, I really like them a lot. However, due to what I presume was an oversight, my order was one item short, and so far my attempts to contact the company to put matters right (either by sending out the missing item or refund) have not been responded to.
As things stand, I would recommend that you should buy these products from supermarkets, rather than direct from the company. They will be cheaper too.
EDIT: Scoville reached out to me, and the issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
