No problem with the service,just that my order which was handmade took over 14 weeks to arrive instead of the 6/8 weeks that was stated on the order.Quite big gaps without hearing any updates.

The stuff at the shop was extremely helpful, and the delivery and installation was done by the most amazing team as well. Great product and great service, would strongly recommend.

Poor customer service re online purchase
I ordered a planter. Had previously ordered the same in a different colour. It arrived and was a much larger size. First the guy on the phone for online sales tried to convince me that there wasn’t a big difference between the large and the small. Like he wanted me to keep it, though he then agreed a delivery exchange. Today a courier did the exchange; so I was prepared to forget the mixup as I now had the right item. Then at 6pm tonight I got an aggressive call from someone called Paul arguing that the one I returned was the same size. I pointed out it wasn’t (I’ve the original I’d bought for size comparison. Despite this he kept arguing with me it was, and that I’d ‘cost him £60’. Eurgh won’t ever shop there again
