The amount of money offered for the car was better than the competition. Really easy to communicate with the driver collecting the vehicle. Money paid within 24 hours (car was collected in the morning, money was in my account in the evening). There was only one small issue: when trying to change the collection for later date, the information did not initially register in the system and the collecting driver was not informed of the change of schedule. Luckily, that got sorted rather swiftly.
Overall good and reliable service. I sincerely recommend it.

Stay away from this company tryed pick up a day earlyer phoned to say was out side house then told them we was out so they then after some 10 mins on phone left and the next day they was supposed to be a p.m. booking slot waiting from 12 o’clock till 9 pm he turned up to pick the car up ever time I have used a company money when in to bank when they clicked collected but still waiting now for my money that I deffo will be getting allso phoned up to some 1 that was total rude and did not care all they sed was well it was picked up wast it and paying is only available before 3 pm

Great experience. Scrapcarnetwork gave the highest quote to scrap my old car. It was simple to get a quote and then book a collection. I was kept up to date by text and email, and on the day of collection Becky (The driver....Yes a girl) rang me 20 mins before to say she was on her way. I cant explain how much I was impressed by this girl, I have had my own recovery/delivery trucks in the past and believe me Becky knows the game inside out, she is a proper asset to her company, she was polite and efficient and explained what I needed to do next, she explained that although the Emails said payment should be in my account within 2 working days, it would probably appear the same day which it did. In all a great and efficient service. Well impressed.

Entered my car registration and post code and got an instant quote. I was happy with the quote and booked the next available slot which was 5 days away.

I picked the AM slot (7am - 12 pm). Got a text and an email the day before collection as a reminder.

The following day, the driver called telling me he was 30 minutes away, and 30 minutes later he arrived.

The process was easy and smooth. He put my car on his truck and that was that. All done in 10 minutes.

I got the money they promised they would pay, in my bank account, the same day.

BRILLIANT COMMUNICATION. AND SERVICE. After 8 years my wife's trusty 2007 Golf TDi had reached the end of the line . So she's bought a newer car. It ran and drove, and was still Mot'd,but i really didn't want the expense and effort/time of putting right the advisories on the MOT, so i could sell it for a couple of hundred quid more to notoriously difficult to deal with, bargain basement,want something for nothing car buyers.
