Screamwholesale is how wholesalers should be. Great products (although stock levels could be higher for December), a user-friendly website, and excellent back up service. Prompt delivery too.

I have been with these guys for some time now and I have contacted them by email and phone and I have never been dissapointed by the efficiency of their support and their service.
If I was forced to say anything negative it would be that if your order is a small one it could be sent out in a plastic bag, this could lead to damaged packaging in your items, but other than that i really cannot fault them at all, I live in the North East of Scotland in a rural area and I still manage to get my orders delivered well within acceptable time limits, sometimes even quicker than i get from Aberdeen, which is only 50 miles away!!
In my humble opinion you can certainly deal with these guys in total confidence that your orders will be sent out quickly and any problems, if they arise, will be dealt with very satisfactorily and quickly!

I found them helpfull and always ready to try and help with any problem. I would say that they seem to be for the business' that have been trading for a while and not those who are just branching out.What I mean by this, is to make anything on a item you need to be buying in bulk say 10+ or you buy two or three and make peanuts. I think they could do something to help those trying to build up so one day soon they to can buy bulk. Other than this I think the quality of service I have had has been very good.

Its was my first order and i like your catalog and service, everything arrived as ordered.

i have only had 2 orders from scream but by far the best service i have had ,i will use scream all the more because of the backup service . well done the scream team

I have always received a top class service from Scream from sales to dispatch, i stopped selling online for around 6 months after returning online they are my 1st choice and have continued to provide the same excellent service now as they did then, stock alert system works well, all items tracked , no disappointed customers ! nice profit margins since min sell put in place which at 1st i wasnt convinced about but am happy to admit im wrong and not scrap for pennies, keep it up
